Long waits because they also busy. ..when you schedule appointments they usually are multiple days out. Will call for oil change on Monday and they dont have any openings until Wednesda ..when you schedule appointments they usually are multiple days out. My phone stopped working on my new CRV. I could call someone but my voice was all garbled. Everything else in the car was great.
