I have been a Honda/Acura customer since 2002 and had a 2016 Acura RDX that I leased from Joe Bullard back in October 2016. I decided to try something different when my lease was up and wasn't happy at all. So, I contacted Patrick Norton (my previous contact on my RDX) to see what options (if any ) I may have. I am just gonna go ahead and sayI am a high-maintenance buyer and probably drove him crazy, but he never showed it if I did. LOL! Sam and Patrick worked so hard to get me back in an Acura. And guess what?? They did!! I now have a gorgeous 2019 MDX SH-AWD TECH in my driveway!! I love it!! I plan to add a few accessories on it in the future. I am happy to be back with Cameron (Service) and Patrick!! They have taken such great care of me!! I also want to publicly thank Sam (Sales Manager) for being so patient with this crazy lady! He was awesome as well!! I am thrilled to once again say..."I am Joe Bullard." I don't plan to ever leave them any time soon. :)
Worst experience from beginning to end! - Terrible Experience
From the time I bought my car until now I haven't had one decent person assisting me. The sale was littered with miscommunication and lies and cost me extra $ in the end. The service department is also difficult to work with and extremely rude. Good luck to you if you decide to go this route. I make sure my friends and family don't!

Jerry Damson Acura are crooks and do not know what they are doing. The “financial manager” and the salesmen are clueless on what they are doing. We specifically told them on four different occasions that instead of using the money that was left from the trade in value to put as a down payment that we wanted it as a check sent to us. After the trade in layoff was made we were “suppose” to get a check. We called numerous times and they said they would be cutting us a check. The day we were suppose to get the check they “magically” decided that we never made this deal. They said it was our fault for not catching this before our first car payment even though we told them NUMEROUS times what we wanted. Due to their lack of communication we lost $3,000. Do not go here if you are looking for good customer service.
