My jaguar was in a wreck in April which I dropped my car off forv3 weeks. I went to pick up my car now my windshield is a crack which wasn't there when I dropped my car off. It looks like something was dug into the chip causing the chip to run into a crack. I was told that it weather. Because now thry want to charge me $1400 for a windshield. As well as the repairs where halfway done. Disree was fantastic!! The rest were rude & talked down to me.

Picked up and delivered service, called and discussed service options, performed desired service on time. Sanitized car upon delivery. Always treated as a valued customer, unlike some other luxury car dealers. Wife very impressed whenever she has brought car in for minor issue, treated well and minor issue resolved with no charge. One note - they did not notice warning that key fob battery was low, but that's OK - I learned to change it myself with help of YouTube video, but they should have caught it.

I'm a Florida resident, but got my jaguar from Birmingham. 8th jaguar, but 1st with this dealership. I've had many problems with the vehicle. It's been towed there from Florida multiple times. They found a hole in my tire when repairing the gear shift box. The hole wasn't there when it left Florida. I was told at first it could be patched, but later was told I had to buy a new tire. I wasn't offered a loaner car. Was without car for over a week. I left many messages for the GM to call me about getting a car to drive and I never received a call back. My car went with an issue under warranty, but I ended up paying a fortune for a new tire that was fine when it left my possession and didn't have transportation the whole time. That new tire exploded this morning on my way to work. It was so bad, it blew off the back panel to the car. Third tire that I've had to replace in the same spot. I could have been killed. I called, emailed and got on live chat with broken promises of a return call. Was advised I couldn't have a loaner car because I was out of state. Then I was told I couldn't have a loaner car since there was a dealership closer in mobile. Mobile isn't open due to the hurricane! I got a death trap by getting this lemon and don't have transportation. To add insult to injury, I can't get anyone to call back until I got angry. That call was a joke. The "manager" had a horrible, unprofessional attitude. She didn't attempt to help me at all. I also inquired about getting a new jaguar since mine is a xxx. NO call back as promised. Don't go there. You WILL be sorry. They will take your money and then treat you like a peasant. Mobile is better.
