The service writers are all friendly and professional. Once an initial observation was made of the vehicles issues an appointment was scheduled. When the appointment occured, vehicle was brought in, parts were ordered and reoairs conducted in a timely fashion. Very satisfied
Great customer service - Ford Explorer Fan
I purchased my Ford Explorer from Kendall Ford in Kenai (through Internet Sales). They had the vehicle trucked to Kendall Ford Wasilla (closer to my Eagle River home) for installation of an after-purchase accessory. Sales Consultant Bruce Olmeim (in Wasilla) was extremely helpful - spending a lot of time to familiarize me with the features of the Explorer, since I had bought it sight unseen. "Moua" was also helpful in ordering the accessory and setting up a service appointment. Friendly and courteous service from everyone I came in contact with.

Had appt for 8 am, Checked in at 7, first one in line for the day. As of 11 am the work on my vehicle has not been started. No information from service advisor nor any update. Worse than a DR office visit

Service was Excelent!!! I got there @ 8:00am and this employee Marcel Henderson was there by the door right away greeted me Good Miorning. I asked Marcel if they able to fix my truck cuz was leaking underneath. Marcel called the mechanic ask if they squeezed in my truck mechanic said yes and my truck was sent right away to the shop. I was so impressed with Marcel and my truck get done same day.Marcel Henderson is an Asset Employee of Lithia Autobody Anchorage. Oh by the way Robert Brown the shop Manager Awesome too.
