Buying a car from San Tan Hyundai was an absolute joy. My wife and I were in the market and Ken Rothe was able to talk to us about all the options and cars that would fit our needs. When we took the test drive he knew everything about the car inside and out. He was walking us through all the different options we could get as well. We ultimately got a Hyundai Tucson and absolutely love it. Ken was super helpful through the whole process. When we got down to signing all the paperwork it was such a breeze. Dave Mchone made the process easy and told us about all the different options we could get for our Tucson. We added a extra items for our car and we feel like it was a great decision. All and all Ken and Dave made the process of buying a car easy and my wife and I can’t thank them both enough!

We came to Chapman Genesis from California because they had the last car in the color combination we were looking for in five states. It was totally worth it. Not only did we get a great deal on the car, the entire process was very smooth. Timewise we were still there for about three hours, but it didn't feel like it. They had the car and all paperwork they could draw up in advance ready. We worked with Jordan up until we got there, then Don and Louie helped us through signing paperwork and getting to know our new car.

I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by how friendly and informative both of them were. I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. But I would recommend that you visit this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai.

I have never bought a new car or certified used car. I bought my car at the tent sale. I wanted to record the happy moment of getting a good deal. I felt funny asking if i could get a picture with a bow on the car along with my sales rep. Without a thought Johnny had the bow and he prepared the car for our striking photo. He made me feel good that i asked. The customer service recieved today was totally outstanding!!! I really felt good with my purchase.

I’m somewhat new to the area and have transferred all of my maintaince services of my 2017 optima lease to Camelback Kia. I’ve been unlucky enough to have gotten a nail stuck in my tire twice in just the last few months. This dealership has been my go to since taking it in to get in oil change for the first time. I always deal with Charles Bain and he is absolutely wonderful! He always makes sure to take really good care of me and makes me feel like I’m top priority. It’s a busy dealership but they’re always very timely on getting things done. If you do have to bring your vehicle in for service, make sure you give Charles a call!

Never buy a used car from this dealership with a warranty. The service department delays appointments for over a week before the car can be seen. Which means your car may not function for that week and you will not have a rental car as promised through the warranty service. The services advisers are rude. Some will speak spanish to other employees while you're talking to them directly (Rico). They will not call back on issues that you've asked about with regards to the car itself.

Chris and the service dept were awsome as usual. 9am appointment and out by 9:45. All work completed, car was washed and vacuumed. Came out looking and running like new. They will continue to be my go to dealership for service and future car purchases.

Very good experience leasing a Hyundai at the dealership. The vehicle already has tinted windows, which is a must have feature in Arizona. It did take a while going back-and-forth getting the monthly payment.

I purchased a car at the TCC show this month from Kim and Tyler was my finance person. When I brought the car home that day I noticed several issues. When I told Kim and Tyler about all the issues I was assured all the issues would be corrected. When I arrived at the service department the next day I was given the run around twice! They kept my car for a week and Christine in the service department kept telling me all the issues would be addressed but she was having to go back and forth with the sales department.
I was rarely updated throughout that week. I was continually told they were waiting on parts. Now here I am at the one week mark and I am told by Christine that she only fixed the one issue!
Do NOT buy a car from these people. They will lie, hide and out right refuse to help in the end and worst of all they will completely ignore you. Worst experience ever! I will never recommend this dealership or company again!

Very pleased with the purchase procedure. Leo was knowledgeable about the Hyundai but other models of cars. He answered all my questions on the car I was looking at. The finance manager explained what options were available - moved right along. The GM, Patrica, was pleasant and approved a good for us. I will be recommending GV Hyundai as a good place to do business. And, last, but not least they have excellent food there!

I went in to see my options on my leased sonata coming due. They spent hours with me going through different options and different vehicles that I had requested. The employee was the only one there doing anything and was running back and forth between customers. That was a little annoying, but I could tell he was a hard worker and very personal. He kept apologizing. I imagine he was going 1000 miles a minute between customers, trying to accommodate and serve both of us. Not sure why the other sales people were not doing anything, unless he was the only one working. He worked really hard with us and was patient as I kept asking for different scenarios and pricing. I have been with Hyundai for many years and I always come back. I have never been led astray yet!
