He alsp stayed well beyond the closing time of the dealership to complete our deal. He has been very repsonsive in answering my questions after the sale completed. Upsales are their bottom line - Disappointed
Every step of the way was an attempt to upsale me on something. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. I had my financing ready to go, with my own bank. But everyone from the dealer to finance and everyone in between, tried to sell me on more and more. I did end up buying the extended warranty, the "highest possible coverage" for the vehicle. Yet, still.... less than 2 months later, the car is in the shop needing multiple repairs that aren't covered. They sold me a lemon and lies. Unhappy to say the least!

Very pleased with the purchase procedure. Leo was knowledgeable about the Hyundai but other models of cars. He answered all my questions on the car I was looking at. The finance manager explained what options were available - moved right along. The GM, Patrica, was pleasant and approved a good for us. I will be recommending GV Hyundai as a good place to do business. And, last, but not least they have excellent food there!

I went in to see my options on my leased sonata coming due. They spent hours with me going through different options and different vehicles that I had requested. The employee was the only one there doing anything and was running back and forth between customers. That was a little annoying, but I could tell he was a hard worker and very personal. He kept apologizing. I imagine he was going 1000 miles a minute between customers, trying to accommodate and serve both of us. Not sure why the other sales people were not doing anything, unless he was the only one working. He worked really hard with us and was patient as I kept asking for different scenarios and pricing. I have been with Hyundai for many years and I always come back. I have never been led astray yet!

I would recommend now since they have made changes to their management. Under the old one they were crooked. They sold my daughter a bum car that had not been checked out. She still has problems with it. This was her first time buying a car and they screwed her over
How do you shop for a car if you can't see inside? - Jjciocchetti
My husband and I just visited this dealership. We are looking for a Jeep and saw a Sahara on the lot we wanted to see. When we pulled in we were met by a young lady walking to our car. We told her we were interested in looking at the jeep. She followed us to it and made small talk. We asked to see inside. She said she would go get the keys and that someone named Carlos would help us as well. Came back out without the keys asking us a million questions including if we planned on buying the jeep. We hadn't even seen the inside of the jeep so we weren't sure. She then went back inside to "get the keys" and stood at a desk filling out the paper she had in hand. We stood there for a few more minutes and decided that it was time to go. She clearly did not want to show us the inside of the vehicle that we were interested in. We walked back to our vehicle, passed several salesmen and left. During that time she never looked up from her paperwork.
