On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some cosmetic paint scratches and scrapes on my front bumper which I knew would cost me dearly if I took it to a body shop.
I even considered the repair myself. I looked up the "how to" on youtube, researched the matching Hyundai paint, primer and gloss by code( which ended up apprx. $200.00 for my time, paint ,etc) and I'm sure that would have been a mess.
Jimmy gave me a great price which I knew was part of the expectation of a new vehicle lease but it was still appreciated.
When the deal didn't happen (I still have 1 year on the lease so it just didn't make sense now) Jimmy not only honored his offer, but couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful about it!
When I picked up my car, it totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. The paint and repair looks showroom new. He even had the car completely detailed. I wash my car often and this was a special clean up.
Mr. Tonelli, like many others I have met in my 6 years of business with Earnhardt, is a man of his word, and epitomizes all the best in customer service! He made me feel like their best customer.
Thank you again Jimmy Tonelli and Earnhardt Hyundai for exceeding my expectations. AGAIN!

Extremely poor service department - aaford
Never buy a used car from this dealership with a warranty. The service department delays appointments for over a week before the car can be seen. Which means your car may not function for that week and you will not have a rental car as promised through the warranty service. The services advisers are rude. Some will speak spanish to other employees while you're talking to them directly (Rico). They will not call back on issues that you've asked about with regards to the car itself.

Eunice has been at this store for a few years.. Unfortunately we could not agree on a Price on the 2 vehicles I looked at...I have purchased 3 vehicles from the Earnhardt Group in the last 5 years..I didnt mention that but I dont believe it would have made a difference.Bruce the Sls Mgr didnt seem to want to Deal... I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by how friendly and informative both of them were. I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. But I would recommend that you visit this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai.

Very good experience leasing a Hyundai at the dealership. The vehicle already has tinted windows, which is a must have feature in Arizona. It did take a while going back-and-forth getting the monthly payment.

I went in to see my options on my leased sonata coming due. They spent hours with me going through different options and different vehicles that I had requested. The employee was the only one there doing anything and was running back and forth between customers. That was a little annoying, but I could tell he was a hard worker and very personal. He kept apologizing. I imagine he was going 1000 miles a minute between customers, trying to accommodate and serve both of us. Not sure why the other sales people were not doing anything, unless he was the only one working. He worked really hard with us and was patient as I kept asking for different scenarios and pricing. I have been with Hyundai for many years and I always come back. I have never been led astray yet!

The last time I bought a vehicle from the dealership was the summer of 2002. I purchased my 2001 Dodge Dakota, and drove that around the world for 16 years. Unfortunately, I was in a collision with another vehicle and the insurance totaled the damages as a total loss. I was totally heartbroken. I resided close to Jim-Click dealership. I started doing the online search because I was nervous to get yanked around by a sales person. I started chatting with friends about my situation, and Alberto-Gonzalez was recommended. Two days later another one of my friends recommended his name. So, two people in one week. I had to meet Alberto and see why he came so highly recommended. I went to the dealership and I found out immediately that Alberto was down to earth, family orientated, and he was not pushy(more like a guide). He gave me the time I needed to make choices, test drives, and decisions. I noticed how often he wasn't offended by my "no" answers. His let's keep moving forward attitude was really helpful for me to hear. Moving on to the day of purchase. He did not cease to amaze me or my family. I call him the transistionist he knew how to organize the last few thing we had to do prior to leaving with the vehicle of our needs (not car of our dreams). He used word like; "we are almost ready to talk about this... in five minutes we will have to go to a different building to finish up the financing, warranties, and all that other good stuff...let me help you with the 5 year old." All of that helped us get through our 2 hour vehicle buying journey with smiles and happy faces. In conclusion, "The take away" from this review is that Alberto is; friendly, dedicated to his work, productive, and helpful.
