Everything was fine with the dealer. My frustration was with how long it took to receive the truck. My Ranger was ordered July 6 and was delivered October 21. The dealer was unable or unwilling to explain the delay. I have ordered many new Fords over the years, starting with a 1969 Torino GT, and I’ve never had it take so long. Also, the delay caused me to lose a $1,000 on my trade in value. Hopefully Ford can return to a reasonable delivery duration.

(This is a review on behalf of a friend as I acted as her broker). I have been involved with 20+ automotive transactions through the decades, and the team at Sanderson Lincoln are the benchmark. Spoke with Mitchell (Client Advisor) on the phone to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, Mitchell was with another customer at the time and Florian (Sales Manager) leaped into action to assist. By far the smoothest, lowest stress transaction I have experienced. Very little 'back and forth' and the deal was finalized within 24 hours. Even the post sales assistance has been amazing, as this is the true benchmark of a winning team.

The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting “liability reasons”. Maybe that’s how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn’t have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help!
