I purchased a car from a 3rd party, but needed an extra key. I worked with their service dept to get the key ordered and scheduled for programming. The experience was seamless from start to finish. They even provided free Uber drop off and pickup from my office - all automated and coordinated by my service rep. It saved a lot of time and the communication process was clear and accountable. Even resetting the Mercedes Me app on the car/app was easy through their sales teams on the floor. They understood how to perform the reset and was helpful in following through. They washed my 2021 C63s spotlessly. And the total price for the new key and programming was lower than the other surrounding MBenz. Great value, great service, and really nice showroom!
