Service was great and all work was completed in a timely fashion. My only complaint, my car was clean when I dropped it off, but filthy when I picked it up. It should have been washed after being there for a week.

I have had nothing less than great experiences. Excellent customer service all the way around. Ruznak is the Chick-fil-A of car dealerships. They may not use the "my pleasure" slogan at Ruznak but their excellent customer service says it for them. Clinton Woosley is a super cool no pressure happy-go-lucky guy that loves his job and serving customers and Andrew Lascano is the man. Andrew makes visiting the service dept painless and cool. My next car will most likely come from Ruznak; especially since my wife wants a Levante

Buying luxury cars should be a pleasant and exciting experience. I ordered an Aston Martin DB9 in 2004. Once the car was finally in production, the sales manager -Mr O'Hara- asked me to pay an additional $1600.00 preparation fee to deliver my car. Arrogant attitude, poor business practices, bad manners. Run!!!

They gave me the car with floor mats that were from another model
They stored the car for me in Beverly Hills since I was out of the country and when I received the car it had a scratch in the rear. It is a $500 repair and they will not do it. I have proof that the car was delivered to storage scratch free and received it back with the scratch. How cheap of a company with the worse customer service.
They lied to me that the car was a trade in from a local guy, but it actually came from TEXAS.

Spoke to Shawn the manager of the dealer and he seems very nice and respectful. He sent me after market floor mats, even though I sent an invoice to them for Mercedes floor mats (something better than nothing still)
He never called me back about the scratch just had the sales guy give me quote to fix it.
I leased an expensive car from Beverly Hills before for 2 years and had no issues.
They do not deserve to have mature clients and treat them like dirt. I will let everyone I know not to buy from them. Enough of this rude treatment and cheap attitude.
I asked for the owners email from sales in Beverly Hills and never received it.
