On Thursday 8/28/2025 I was driving my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from the High Desert to Los Angeles to see family. I stopped in Ontario for a brief moment and when I restarted my car, my power steering light came on. Panic'd, I called the closest dealer which was not the one in Claremont. Unfortunately, they gave me the run around and that is when I called Knight Jeep in Claremont. I spoke to Craig Martinez who was the nicest gentleman and reassured me they had time to assist me. When I arrived, Craig came out to my car and explained the Power Steering had failed and I was not safe to drive the vehicle anywhere. He then offered to fix it there and get me a rental for a few days. Living out of the area, Craig was very helpful with offering to hold my keys for the tow and calling the local enterprise to get me a new ride. If this dealership was not 50+ miles away, I would be bringing my vehicle here for service. The amount of Professionalism and Kindness goes along way with me. Teresa McMahon Croel

Enrique Carvajal has helped me get into 2 Lexus vehicles. My first one was a 2019 ES 300h which I loved. Enrique was there to help me anytime I had a car emergency. Unfortunately after only 7 months of driving the car, I found it with a tree crashed onto it. It totaled the vehicle. In a state of panic I called Enrique asking if he could get me into another Lexus. He had always been so helpful and generous that I knew I wanted to work with him again. At first I couldn’t get into a car I wanted for the price I wanted but he kept working with me until I found the perfect car for an amazing price. I now have a beautiful black UX 250h. I know I can always count on Enrique with my car and I definitely advice going into Lexus and requesting his name.
