Mike was able to negotiate on my behalf and I paid $1,600 flat for my repairs. I was satisfied with that price and would return if I need my truck to be fixed in the future. Which I'm sure i will.

Absolutely and without a doubt the best service experience that I have ever had with any dealership. My Service Advisor Greg and Technician Scott were so accommodating and customer service focused that my expectations were blown away. I was definitely treated with consideration and respect. I was allowed to talk with Scott concerning the repairs and even allowed into the service area to discuss the rather difficult repair on my Corvette. My car was kept in a covered stall and Scott was even considerate enough to use my car cover when he was not working on my car. The communication to the customer was something that I wish all dealerships would do, both texts and emails were highly informative and there was even a video of Scott working on my car. All in all I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Chevy to anyone considering taking their vehicle there for service. Ask for Greg and Scott as you will not find better people or a place to have your Chevy serviced.

I'm writing in praise of service writer, Neli. I called to schedule a warranty repair of my 2023 Blazer 3T. It has an oil leak. It just passed 14000 miles. The person booking the appointment was full of wrong information. I was told a shuttle was available at 7AM. I was told it would be a day appointment. Neli, had to set things straight. She heard my frustration. She deescalated the situation by finding the right solution. She'll call me once conditions are correct for me to bring the car back. I'm certain she'll follow through, too. All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions. This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service. I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.
