The worst dealership with regard to service and customer service in Southern California. Employees are often standing around, there’s no protocol with regards to helping customers, and every single time we take our 2018 X1 in for service, it takes 1-2 weeks and the service department needs repeated calls and prodding to give updates on when the car will be serviced or returned. They even misplaced our car when it was towed to the dealership for a battery change, as if there is zero communication between their Roadside Assistance/towing company and the dealership. Just a mess. I’ll be in the market for a new car in the next year; I will be reticent to buy a BMW ever again based upon my experience with this location and it’s inept staff, which is a shame, because BMWs are nice to drive and well built.
