Wanted to recognize Juan Espinoza for his great customer service and helping with servicing my car. Juan was very accommodating I had to leave my car for a day or two, worried that I wouldn't have a car to go to work, but he looked out for me and gave me a loner car for transportation. Juan was great at communicating with me, very honest, and got me the best deals and what I truly needed for my Honda Accord to be in the best shape ever. I can't thank Juan enough. We definitely need more service people like him that we can trust! Thanks again Juan!

Service department - Erik Patino in particular - treated me like royalty (which I am not). All my car's required work was completed on time, cleanly and neatly. I was given a full explanation for all the work done. Dealer washed car before I picked it up; inside and outside looked like it had just been detailed. I have a 2021 Targa 4S. ----Arthur

Excellent customer service, thanks to Rey and Matt, always first class service. The moment you pull into the driveway, the loaner coordinator and Service porters are also very friendly and always greet you the moment you drive in. I've taken my car to other dealerships and they were not able to address my concern. Meanwhile, with this dealership, I always leave satisfied. Rey knows how to take care of your BMW!

After other dealers failed twice to properly diagnose and resolve an intermittent -- and thus admittedly hard-to-diagnose -- issue, the Browning team immediately found the far-from-obvious cause of the problem and fixed it, quickly and at a reasonable cost. They had always taken excellent care of my wife's Mazda 3 when we lived in the area; it was worth going out of my way to bring my car to them in this case. You cannot get better care for your Mazda than from the Browning Cerritos team.

A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best!

I scheduled my service for the following week and the repairs were completed satisfactorily after two full days at the service department. My assigned service advisor's name was Gilbert Martinez, who performed exemplary customer service. He was professional, courteous, and empathetic of my previous negligent experience.

service appointment was easily made online. once I arrived to the dealership I was greeted politely and my car was taken in immediately. They are very covid conscious as they immediately p[aced a plastic wrap around my steering wheel. The employee was wearing a mask and there is an abundance of hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership. The service advisor Harry Singh gave me a written quote and gave me an estimated time my car would be ready.throughout the day he followed up with me on the status of my car and phoned me when it was ready for pickup. when I arrived to pick up my car, the cashier was friendly and helpful and my total charges were under the original estimate. They even washed my car.This was a great experience. Carlsen Subaru is a very honest professional dealership. I own 2 subarus(both purchased at Carlsen Subaru) I will definately purchase my next car from Carlsen Subaru. Also this is the only dealership that I will take my cars to for service
