They marked the car had a full tank of gas and I told him that is not correct it was almost 3/4 gas. I took a picture of it when I left and return the car with the same gas amount. They charged me ~35 for gas. When I called they asked for proof. I sent it to a girl name Jessica and she never responded. I've called multiple times and no one picks up. I'm never going back to Audi West Covina now because of this crappy service from EXECRENTACAR

I recently had work done on my 2023 G90 at Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos and they did an excellent job. I had it serviced and I also complained of a rattle which it has had for a long time. The rattle only happened when driving over certain sharp bumps. When I took it in, I asked for someone to go on a test drive with me so I could try to point out the rattle. The shop foreman rode with me, but I was frustrated that I didn't really hear the rattle during the test drive. The dealership had previously replaced the front passenger headrest in an attempt to cure the rattle. This time, they replaced the rear window sunshade because they determined that a rattle was coming from it. When I picked up my car, I asked if the foreman could go on another test drive with me. I had to wait a while for this, so I drove around the neighborhood near the dealership for over an hour trying to find a place with the right kind of bumps so that the rattle would happen. I was thrilled that the foreman and I clearly heard the rattle happen on this second test drive. He even commented that the rattle was rather loud. They checked my car back in and provided me with another nice loan car. This time they replaced the seat frame for the seatback of the passenger seat. I think they have succeeded in repairing the rattle this time and I enjoy driving my car even more now that it is blessedly quiet. I am grateful that the dealership and Genesis invested a lot of time, effort and money into repairing my car. It was all free to me because it was covered by warranty. I am always impressed when a company goes out of their way to honor their warranty rather than making excuses for why they didn't.

I left an update on Google, but basically the service department does not care about the condition of your car after servicing. The car was brought out with grease down the side, apparently caused by the machine that washes it as well as grease marks left on the dash and console. After trying to get the grease off the dash, it was scratched up like they took a wire brush to it, the only other option to rectify the situation was to replace the dash. The car was less then 2 years old. Finance department is is a joke to try to get ahold of. Numerous times I call and can only leave a message. Last month I called and was transferred to finance only to leave a message and have no return call. Upon calling today I was again transferred to a machine. I called back and spoke with receptionist and told her I was tired of leaving messages and needed to talk to a real person. She told me she was going to "personally" walk my message to them but if I didn't hear anything in an hour, to call back. I am tired of spending my days following up with people who should be contacting me. Poor customer service.
