My last five cars have been purchased new so when I called Darcars Lexus of Greenwich to inquire about a lightly used 2025 Lexus ES 300h I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was transferred to James Palmer who was warm and friendly on the phone and even more so in person. James is professional, knowledgeable and patient and he made what is never a fun process as painless as possible. I also want to thank Melissa for her help in showing me how to set up and use the Lexus Connect technology. She is a rock star! All of the employees at the 19 Railroad Ave location were friendly and willing to chat during the long process of purchasing and taking delivery of the car. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other buyers.
