I always go to service rep Jeffrey King (for 15 years now) because he is good at customer service. He can explain maintenance needs and important repairs clearly. He knows what is done or can be done in the future at each mileage level. Since I travel a lot out of state sometimes I get an individual service early off the standard schedule and he always remembers. He has gone the extra mile- once I was going to get to the dealership up to 10 minutes after closing due to traffic on I-95. He waited for me so I could get my car that evening.
