Our salesperson was Alexis, he was great to deal with. Very attentive and answered all of our questions, We were able to go out on numerous test drives on several vehicles because we were not exactly sure what we wanted. He was very patience with us. But when it came time to talk price, he had to keep going to a back room to sales manager and as were not satisfied with the initial price, it was many back and forth. I have found this to be a problem with other dealers also, This is absolutely ridiculous, the person giving you the price should come out and talk to you.
