I had the pleasure of working with Jose who greeted me warmly, took me for a few test drives, discussed the cars I was interested in and also talked about our personal lives. He made the experience easy and human with no sales pitches, just a genuine care for getting me the vehicle I wanted and didn't push back when I said I wouldn't make a decision over the weekend. Come Monday morning he promptly answered my call and had the paperwork ready when I showed up. Neil the finance manager did a great job explaining the financing, getting me the best rate, and walking me through the additional warranty options. I'm very grateful for my car buying experience with IG burton Toyota, Dover.

Appointment times not honored received the car back with grease spots and they charge around 3 percent for using a credit card when that cost was probably already built into their service bill or parts bill so taking advantage of those who can’t afford cash and I’m guessing most people use credit cards just ethically wrong
