First time here and my last. Came in for a transmission issue still under factory warranty and they're trying to charge me close to 600$. Despite still being under factory power train warranty, they're trying to also charge me a diagnostic fees for them FIXING recall issues, which, again, are all covered under warranty. The front desk people are unhelpful, rude, and know nothing. And I've been waiting for a manager for close to 2 hours. I truly TRULY regret coming here. Go elsewhere, literally anywhere else. Such a horrible experience. From the moment I pulled up, April Ortiz was rude, and unprofessional. She refused to listen when she was wrong and I never got to talk to a manager. From the 4 hours I was there and no call back either. Like seriously 4 hours and then no call back from any manager is insane and genuinely ridiculous. I have a lot of friends and family that recommended here and know I'm letting them know not to come back.
