My Wife and I have been to several different dealerships looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have had the Shock N Aw to the puppy dog making us feel guilty and to the angry for not buying from them. I was expecting the same thing here since this was our first time visit. Boy were we wrong, the sales people here cant be compared to any other dealership. The sales people actually treat and speak to you like your part of the family and they play no games, insult you or degrade you. We purchased our new vehicle last night and it felt like it was a purchase from a from a family member. The people here are truly the rock stars of dealerships and the sales profession.
HD antennae leaking - KAK
I bought a new 2015 Chevy truck 2500. It has less than 50,000 miles . My HD antennae was leaking. I took it to the dealer in Excelsior Springs Missouri, where I purchased it. The gal behind the service counter was extremely rude. Even though I purchased an extended warranty, I had to pay over $400.00 to fix this. This is a design flaw and there should be recalls on this. I plan on investigating how many people have had this problem . I always thought Chevy was the best. Not anymore.

I'm glad to say that service manager Rocco and master tech Ronnie are back at Beck Chevy of Starke, they were gone for a few months and they took my confidence in the service dept with them. I recently had a problem with the A/C on my 2014 Silverado and as GM has had a lot problems with this model of vehicles A/C system, Rocco got the costs covered by GM and Ronnie had it repaired within 2 days of the diagnosis. These employees are an asset to this dealership and I highly recommend the service department to one and all. "5 STAR SERVICE DEPT"

Such a wonderful place and hospitable people to deal with. I went searching for my first SUV and left with the most beautiful 2014 Captiva there had ever existed. Not only were they helpful with the details of the financing but they took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle. I will recommend this dealership to everyone and will return to purchase future vehicles. But not anytime soon...I love my car!!!

I called to discuss some advertising literature I received in the mail. As soon as I mentioned the literature appeared to be somewhat misleading...Mr. Allison became rude, condescending, and abruptly hung up on me. I will never buy from them as a result of his actions, not to mention the deliberate misleading advertising aimed at getting you on their lot. I know, I know...all dealerships do it to a point...but this was by far the most sleazy piece of mail I have ever received from a car lot. It is certainly not conducive to establishing trust between a potential buyer and the dealership. As a result of this...if you are going to buy from them I would suggest that you get everything in writing.

Fees were not disclosed until the deal was supposedly done, the salesman did the old trick of leaving us alone to simmer for a long time. If my mother hadn't had her heart set on getting a car that day I would have left. I will never deal with these guys again. I understand the dealership is under new ownership but the players are the same -- avoid the one they call Oggie.

service advisors. My salesperson, Michael Block, is now a
senior manager at the facility.
