No mesmo dia o carro deu problema na camera de retrovisor.
Dois dias depois o ar condicionado não parecia gelar bem quando ligava o carro.
Uma semana depois o teto solar parou de funcionar.
Tentei agendamento para resolver o problema e só seria possível uma semana depois. Fui até a concessionária e deixei o carro lá para que fosse resolvido o quanto antes. Fui informado que precisaria trocar todo o sistema do ar condicionado do carro assim como toda elétrica do teto solar. Prazo era de uma semana para concluir pois haviam mais Blazers com mesmo problema.
Já estou sem o carro a quatro semanas e toda semana tenho que mandar mensagem para saber como está o serviço do carro para ter alguma informação pois se não faço isso ninguém me manda noticias.
Incrível como pós-venda está sendo extremamente ruim.

On the same day, the car had a problem with the rear mirror camera.
Two days later, the air conditioner didn't seem to freeze well when I started the car.
A week later, the sunroof stopped working.
I tried scheduling an appointment to solve the problem and it would only be possible a week later. I went to the dealership and left the car there so that it could be resolved as soon as possible. I was informed that I would need to change the entire air conditioning system of the car as well as the entire electric roof. The deadline was one week to complete as there were more Blazers with the same problem.
I've been without the car for four weeks and every week I have to send a message to find out how the car service is doing to have some information because if I don't do that, no one sends me the news.

This is the worst dealership you could ever possibly buy a car from. I have bought many cars and quite frankly I have never neen treated as badly as I have been treated at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee. I went there about 2 weeks ago looking for a car. I found a 2017 Chevy Cruz and wanted to trade in my 2012 Ford Focus. I had a trade in offer from CarMax for $4200 and asked them to match it. They offered me $2000 and the Sales Manager Julius Jimenez came out and told me that was the best they can do. I asked him why they couldn't match CarMax and he said because Carmax isn't telling me the truth and wasn't really going to give me that much because that car only goes for $3000 in auction. I told him that I guarantee that my ford focus is going to be sold on their lot for $8,000 and he promised me that it was not going on their lot and that they were going to sell it in an auction. In less then a week, my ford focus was for sale on their website for $8,999. When I was about to leave the dealership with my new car, we noticed that one of the wheels was missing 3 lug nuts!! My wife and I test drove that car and due to this dealerships negligence, we could've been severely injured. This was supposed to be a certified preowned car that underwent a full inspection but some how they missed the fact that it was missing 3 lug nuts in one wheel. We couldn't even leave with the car because it was unsafe to drive and had to take a loaner home for the night. Then, after being incredibly dissatisfied with not only the fact that it was missing 3 lug nuts but also that I was lied to about my trade in, I chose to leave a review exposing them for how terrible they are. After leaving a review I immediately received a call from Julius Jimenez asking me that if they gave me $500 will I take the reviews down. I agreed that once I receive the $500 I will take them down. He said I will have the check within a week. The check never came and Julius started not responding to my text messages. I called several times to speak to the general manager Jason Goss and was never able to get through to him. I eventually received a call from General Sales Manager Angie Rogo who might possibly be the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She immediately started yelling at me and told me that I will not get anything from them and that I need to "check my tone" and that she will not allow me to question the integrity of her staff. She proceeded to yell at me until I eventually hung up. This place is horrible. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from them!!! They have never heard of customer service and they seem to think its okay to lie to your face!

Hands down the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales manager and Salesman are completely disrespectful. I called the salesman Dave Vancellette and told him that we were driving an HOUR AND HALF to come buy a car. I asked him if someone comes in to purchase the car we wanted to purchase to please let us know. After our hour and half drive we arrive to see that someone else was buying the car. The salesman lied and said the guy had “JUST SHOWN UP” however the other customer had already test drove the car, had his car appraised and was working a deal on the car we drove an hour and forty five min to look at. When I asked to please speak to the manager “which was only 10 feet away in a clear glass office so he could see us he sat in his chair looking at us and playing on his phone!!! I asked the salesman “is your manager not going to even talk to me....he responded with a short “no” and when I asked what his name was he said “Joseph” and I asked him Joseph what......he said “Joesph Clark, as in Cecil CLARK Chevrolet”!!!!!!! I recently bought a 2020 Chevy bolt. When I asked the salesman if it had DCFS charge he said yes they all come with it. After signing the paperwork we realized it did not have DCFS charge as I was told. The manager came up with the excuse that every bolt they order comes with it and that they didn’t order this one. Then it took 28 days for them to pay off my trade and so I was penalized for the interest because of their mistake. I called and talk to managers and finance managers now all I’m getting is the runaround and no one will return my call I was told that that’s not their responsibility.This is the second vehicle I have bought from AutoNation will never return to AutoNation in a void this AutoNation West colonial at all cost. After the sale they don’t appreciate you as a customer.

While here from Tennessee, we had a couple of problems with our GMC truck. Since it was during spring break, it took a few days to get an appointment. Meanwhile, we received text updates to remind us of our appointment. We requested a loaner vehicle & when we arrived one was waiting for us. It was a small SUV & was perfect as a loaner. Todd, our service advisor was extremely helpful. After we left, we received a text to let us know the status. When finished, Todd notified us our vehicle was ready. When we arrived for pickup, they brought our truck to the front. Both problems were corrected & we were most happy with their service. I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed anything while in the area!

Our family has been working remotely with Dyer on the purchase of a GMC Acadia. We filed out the usual financial application and were preapproved. With that in hand, we confirmed that we were purchasing the vehicle today and began the trip to the dealership, which is an hour away from our home. When we were 3/4 of the way from Dyer we get a call from our salesman Tom to inform us that he had bad news. The car had just been sold. When we asked why they would do that without calling us first, knowing that we were IN ROUTE, he replied, "We can't hold a car without a deposit." And then went on to pitch another vehicle for us to purchase. With as much contact as we had throughout day, a simple courtesy call to us would have made such a difference. But that would require integrity. If this inconsiderate approach is one that Dyer instills in its Sales Team, then the entire organization needs to go back to the basics and reconnect with the foundation of good customer service. We wish you well in 2021.

I called the dealership on a Hyundai Elantra GT, the car was located in Ocala we were told. We asked about the Car Fax and were told no accidents. The car was listed for a little over 10,000 dollars. We were told if we placed a deposit on the vehicle they could move it from Ocala to Arcadia for us to test drive. Fully refundable since they had their own car carrier and 10 dealerships. The car arrived in Arcadia with damage to the passenger side undercarrage which the salesperson observed before the test drive. Oh that internet price was a misprint SOUND FAMILIAR?? PRICE GOES TO 15,500. We can't get them to negotiate at all and they refuse to return the deposit!

When my wife and I first went to the dealership to look at cars we already had a few models in mind and a budget set. Once we started speaking to the "salesman" they insisted on showing us cars that were out of our price range or models that we were not interested in. Once we finally were able to get with a car we were happy with started the real nightmares. The financing and price negotiations took almost two hours with them consistently not listening to our limits of a monthly payment and trade-in/money down. They even went as far as to suggest trading in both of our family's vehicles when we were looking to upgrade one because of having a baby on the way. When the purchase was final we were also made to feel as if we had an extended warranty, which when we took the car in to be serviced learned was not the case, and were met with very uncaring reactions.
The other huge issue with this place is the service department, when you come in for something as simple as an oil change expect to wait at least 2 hours. And if you decide to stay at the dealership, be prepared for sales people to approach you unsolicited and try to talk you into upgrading or buying another car when all you want is simple maintenance or repairs. Finally the latest issue is when I brought my vehicle in for service I received a vague diagnosis with a quoted price that was 2-3 times the appropriate cost for the job. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager she was not helpful or open-minded at all and instead was combative and dismissive.
I will definitely be telling my friends, family and all others to stay away from this place unless you feel like being bullied and ripped off!

I went in with a pre approval with Capitol One and they ran my credit 9 times which somehow took my credit down 150points!! The most your credit should hit when getting a car is 15points.
I found out(after I got a vehicle) they don't check the transmissions in their used vehicles.
Within the first 36 days(warranty is 90days) of me having the car it stalled on me right after putting in gas at the pump 3 times, the car vibrates after leaving any stops and the steering wheel makes a popping sound. You can never reach them when you need service. After them looking at my car they said my car had a transmission issue. Once the inspector came out to look at it( takes 2 days with NO COURTESY CAR giving to you) I was told everything was covered under their warranty even the transmission they just needed aftermarket prices for the parts not Nissan. They called after getting the parts but told me they aren't fixing anything but the axels. When I asked why they stated, "The inspector didnt say why."I called the number for the inspector and found out AUTONATION DENIED ALL THE WORK NOT THE INSPECTOR. Meanwhile I've NEVER had an issue with my transmission until they serviced my car for the issues I stated. Now I have a car with a bad transmission. If you ever have to leave your car for one day or days you can expect NO courtesy car issued. This place is a joke.

I called my lender to get information on my next payment due date, they had no records. They checked for me and found by VIN number who was holding my loan. My paperwork was done per their choice of lender, awfull practice. I was tied to not my bank fine letters bottom of paperwork under the line hard to see "Ally", WHICH HAVE PREPAYMENT PENALTY FEES if payed off in less than 6 months. When I called James G. He blamed the financing person Octavio. When I spoke with Octavio he pointed the finger at James G. Stating he was not told about my lender approval letter. Then admitted that he got me a better deal sure higher rate. Better deal for who, unless he gets a kickback from that, but it was not a better deal for me.
