So far, I have a pleasant experience with this store.

Both Astrid and Jared were awesome, professional, and helpful. Very straight forward. I respect that. So far, I can tell this store cares about earning their customers business, glad to see/hear it.
Astrid took the extra mile and searched for open cars the store ordered for retail to find a car that was near exact match, in 3000 status. I've spoken to many stores over my time, most will not take this step. Astrid also got me in contact with Jared (Jarir) to get the deposit placed for the car.
My salesman, Jared, is/was professional but chill. Easy guy to talk to, straight forward and no xx. I respect that from him. The deposit process was a bit chaotic, took a minute to get the link to place the deposit. I do understand, the store is busy.
They do not sell over MSRP and accept the GM Employee discount. Which is, fantastic. They do offer dealer installed accessories such as paint protection, nitrogen tires, window tint and etc. They do not press these onto you. Make sure to mention that to your salesman before delivery if you are interested in any options.
