The service department is a joke .. I take my truck to get an oil change and a wash to be returned dirty and I ask why is because I had the wrong car wash package when before that was the right one their excuse they raised the price and didn’t had the courtesy to let me know.. Keep in mind I bought this vehicle new at this dealership and this is how we get treated.. Fast forward I take my second car also a Ford for a malfunction and I arrived the service guy is eating a bagel and I explain my issue to be to told to leave it and it’s not going to been seen for the next 2 to 3 weeks since I didn’t made an appointment.. I tell this person I can’t leave it I have to go back to work he didn’t show no empathy I’m guessing his bagel is more important .. I’ve been gone at work for 4 months I didn’t know and now I am stuck with a broken car and nothing I can do this dealership used to be customer service oriented but after this I won’t set foot near there what a shame

They did a great job. Bought a used car from Greenway Ford. Car battery keep dying. Greenway could not figure it out. Kisselback Ford found it was the aftermarket back up camera that Kisselback couldn't figure it out. Great Job Kisselback Ford! Way Nick and Jessica Service Department

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this

There service department is very unprofessional. I have had my automobile there for over 42 days and they cannot fix it or even return my call. When I do speak with a representative from the service department they promise me a call by the end of the day, while we are going on 42 days and no return calls or updates on my vehicle.

It took 3 hours for an oil change which we did not expect to take that long and to patch a tire and then learned they had done a recall. On the way home the speedometer read primarily in KM/H. We called from the car, and Donna nicely tried to explain to use Settings, but I didn't find the right menu and Bill said to wait til we got home, which didn't work until the next morning that I found the Settings on the steering wheel for Display and was able to reset it to MPH
