This was a remarkably no-pressure buying experience for my Wife and I. The initial interaction on the phone, as we made the call enquiring about the car we wanted, the.sincerity of our Salesman, and the friendliness of the Salesman who really had no say in our purchase of the vehicle, left us both speechless in a genuine way!! Needless to say we felt at home. The vehicle was carefully inspected, detailed and ready for our journey from Melbourne back to Orlando. My Bride is thrilled!! Thanks to you all!! Team work makes the dream work!!

Overall, positive experience. Vadim was GREAT. He was prepared when I arrived, he was not pushy and was upfront and helpful with everything. I did not meet Michael. I did meet with Joe who was a nice guy but I don’t think he really adequately explained the lifetime power train warranty or the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty clearly. His explanation about “buying down” my interest rate with the lender if I bought the extended warranty for $3,961 was confusing. Because it was late and I didn’t have time to think about it clearly, I agreed to purchase both. In retrospect neither of them made good financial sense for me. I attempted to cancel both and he told me that the power train warranty could not be cancelled so I am out $1,495 plus tax on that…I am not happy about that at all. The extended bumper to bumper warranty is being cancelled fortunately. Overall I am happy with my purchase and really liked working with Vadim. I just didn’t really appreciate Joe’s tactics regarding the warranties…it could be a simple misunderstanding and he was a nice enough guy. i think he was trying to do right by me. I just didn’t have adequate time to digest it all before signing the paperwork (which isn’t his fault). To be clear this isn’t a complaint against Joe. But I am not happy that the power train warranty isn’t refundable / cancellable.
