I always service my car at Beck Ford. Jeremy in the service lane is the best. He is always helpful, fun to talk to, explains any thing you ask him, and he is a big jokster, lol. I actually consider him a friend. That is how well I have gotten to know him over the many years i have brought my cars in for oil change or service. The reason for the 4 stars is that I had just finished washing my car inside and out before I got there and when it was done there was big dirty foot prints on drivers side floor mat and a couple of grease marks, possible hand or fingers on my white interior by the door. I was able to clean both issues. That was really the first time I ever had an issue, hopefully this will not happen again.

We were heading home from vacation when the water pump went out on our truck. We called and spoke with Brooks who set up a tow truck and had a technician ready. They replaced the water pump and had back on the in no time. We’ve never experienced such great customer service as we did with Walker Ford! While waiting we noticed that other service advisors were just as friendly and responsive.
