We located the vehicle online, made an appointment and were greeter by McCartney. He had the vehicle ready to test drive and away we went. Brought it home the next day but noticed a concern with the brakes. They contacted me within the hour, brought in the car as scheduled and was out with a loaner within 15 minutes.I then received a video of the tech researching the concern. Who does that?! I was amazed at their level of detail. Picked it up with the concerns corrected the next morning. It was a great experience.

I was nervous about coming here for service based on the reviews…but this was absolutely the best experience. I have Audi Care so absolutely everything was paid for with no upselling. They took a video when it was done to show me what had been done and the condition of the car. The people were super nice. My service advisor Kristy Harrington was amazing. 10/10 experience.
