RUN TO JENKINS MAZDA service center!!! I recommend it 1000000X over and it will be my new dealership of choice! There are not enough stars that I can give Katelyn and Justin at the Jenkins Mazda service center!!!! I normally handle everything with my Mazda but service with my ABS, I needed some help. After having a HORRIBLE experience with Mazda in Gainesville. I called Katelyn, and she got me in ASAP. She made me feel like all my thoughts were valid and told me everything was going to be ok. I truly felt so taken care of at Jenkins. A complete 180 from the Gainesville experience. When I got to the dealership, I spoke with Justin about all the information I had collected before arriving and NEVER once did I feel put down. He took all the information I had and made sure to keep me updated as things progressed. I never felt pressured and was fully informed the whole time! Thank you, Katelyn and Justin, for taking away my dealership fear!

I brought my 2013 Silverado in due to Onstar system was down and I needed oil. Also, I had the check engine light on. Tyler assisted and saw a code for I believe the fuel pump. However, I was informed by Tyler it was the Onstar computer module that caused the error so no new fuel pump. The maintenance was done that day as I waited. Couple days later when the module came in, I brought the car back and I was driven to my house by an employee while the module was installed. A couple of hours later I was informed the car was ready and I picked it up its running perfect (I was offered a return ride by Tyler but I had a ride back).

The gentleman suggested we call the South Orlando store. They told us to bring the Cadillac in on Friday morning. The vehicle was ready early Friday afternoon to our surprise. I couldn’t be happier with my latest experience buying another Mazda from Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The dealership is always clean, comfortable and inviting. A very special shout out to my sales consultant, Charlie Epting Jr. Charlie went above and beyond showing me different trims of the CX 90. He spent hours going over all the features and options. He answered all of my questions and worked diligently to make sure I was happy with my choice. Charlie worked hard to make sure the purchase transaction was simple and even helped with transferring my belongings from my CX 9 to my new CX 90. I also had positive interactions with Abdullah Tamari during the actual purchase transaction. Abdullah was friendly and easy to talk to. He was organized and detail oriented. He took time and explained all of the specifics of the paperwork, ensuring that I understood exactly what I was signing. I have stopped at the dealership since my purchase and was warmly greeted by Charlie. He asked if I was still happy with my purchase and asked if I had any questions regarding my new CX 90. He reiterated that he is always available should I have any questions or problems with my new Mazda. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Mazda of Wesley Chapel and when I do, I will look for Charlie and Abdullah to guide me through the process again.
