First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Vigil Ford Lincoln and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The salesperson was professional throughout the process but the attention to detail on the cleanliness of the vehicle once the keys were handed to me was very disappointing, stains, scratch marks, etc. A few weeks later during a rainstorm water found its way through the sunroof soaking the interior, the vehicle has been in the shop for nearly two weeks without any updates. Communication has been poor throughout. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're considering buying from them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This experience has been a costly and timely lesson in what happens when a business prioritizes profit over integrity.

Dishonest Dealer!!!!! I called on late Friday afternoon about a truck on thier website. Salemans confirms it's still for sale, I told him I would be there Saturday morning. Called Saturday morning, truck still there and for sale. I drove 1 HOUR from my house to arrive at 9am, test drove truck and loved it. Filled out application and signed it. 15 minutes later the saleman came back and said the manager said it sold the day before. IF IT'S SOLD, HOW IS IT STILL ON THE LOT AND I AM TEST DRIVING. Basically the truck was listed way below value to just get people in the door. IT IS STILL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!! Will be contacting the BBB on Monday morning about dishonest dealership.

A complete waist of time, can't believe folks like this are even still in business. Watch your back on trade in, the "boy" with moose in his hair running numbers for trade in's must think everyone is an idiot, I'm not sure which backside he kissed to get his job but hopefully for the sake of the dealership he won't have the job much longer. Internet prices fluctuating all over the place, I really suggest driving a little further (ron anderson) for a much better and straight forward deal.
