I bought a used car from Bill Holt Mitsubishi last week (salesman = Billy Alford), and I do have to say I don't think I've ever had a better and more pleasant car buying experience. I am an analytical person, and I research and think for days, weeks, and even months before making a significant purchase. The first time I came in, Billy set me up for a test drive, and he was respectful of my desire to investigate a few other candidates that I had on my list. A couple weeks later I came back and bought this car from him. There doesn't seem to be any nonsense at this dealership., and let's be honest, we can't say that about every dealer. Indeed, the same day I bought my car from them, I walked out of another dealership who was so aggressive it turned into a battle. My five star experience was not just on the sales side. When it came time to actually sign the papers and make decisions around buying the car, Brandon the business manager was just as helpful and courteous. Yes, like all dealers they have some add-ons you can buy if you want them, such as extended warranties, and in my case I actually made the first inquiry about them, but they're not overly aggressive about them. In short, my experience leads me to believe they actually like and respect their customers. If the service department is anything like the sales side, I will be having my new car serviced here. If you're looking for a used car, or any Mitsubishi (and you should consider them because they make great dependable cars), then I would definitely give this dealership an opportunity to earn your business. I'm very happy with my car, the value I received, the treatment I experienced, and so I do highly recommend Billy and this dealer.

One thing I know about Tae is he only wants the best and he wants the people around him to have the best, so when he showed me the picture of that Impala I was in denial. I didn't even try to get my hopes up cause I didn't even tell him that was my dream car but there it was. Then he told me he got it and my mouth dropped. I felt like I just hit the lottery. I was searching for a clean, reliable used vehicle for my elderly mother. She specifically wanted a Volvo, so I looked nationwide. This Volvo from Ducky Cars was the lowest priced example for the mileage anywhere I could find, and it immediately stood out as an exceptional value. From the first phone call, the owner was straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with. He fully cooperated with arranging a pre purchase inspection. I scheduled the inspection with a local shop, and the owner personally dropped the car off for me. A few hours later, the shop called with the results. The car was in very clean condition, clearly well maintained, and had no leaks. The only items noted were routine maintenance, which is completely normal for a used vehicle. The dealership provided a clean Carfax, everything matched what was represented, and there were no surprises. Based on the inspection and documentation, I purchased the car immediately. Another important point worth mentioning is fees. I have called a lot of dealerships over the years, and many try to add large document fees and separate prep fees at the last minute. Prep fees in particular can run anywhere from $1000 to $2000 if you are not careful, and they are often sprung on buyers late in the process. Ducky Cars did none of that. They have no prep fee, and they also have one of the lowest document fees in the industry. I know this because I compared them directly against other dealers. They were completely transparent and did not play any games. What really stood out was the help with shipping. The owner assisted in arranging transport, secured a very competitive rate, and the car arrived just two days later. The title was sent promptly via FedEx. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 30 years. Great vehicle, fair price, fast shipping, honest fees, and clear communication from start to finish. If you are looking for a reliable used car, especially if you are buying from out of state, I highly recommend Ducky Cars. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no last minute add ons. They are straight shooters and do exactly what they say they will do. Five star experience. I would absolutely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

This is the worst car dealership. Buyer be warned if you purchase a jeep from here you will be begging for anyone to take it off your hands. Their jeeps sell as cheap as they do because it's all crap under the hood. They will not stand by their work. And will not fix a single problem you have. Do not buy from them. I have been buying parts for Gwagens and Unimogs from these guys since 2002. Very good service, and the parts arrive very quickly from Germany. Also, they know a lot about the above mentioned trucks. Never had any problems. Sean once spent hours and hours tracking down an obscure part for my Unimog that was only a $10 sale. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Promaster truck from J. W. Truck Sales that I later learned had a recalled transmission. They are not obligated to tell customers about recalls, and they definitely exercised that option with my purchase. It turns out that ALL the trucks they had available the day I purchased were recalled. Three weeks after I completed the purchase for my business, the transmission failed. I spent 5 months trying to get a replacement, which significantly impacted both my business and my bottom line. I paid for a rental vehicle at significant expense. My sales rep, Roland Johnson, could have cared less when I shared that with him. At the time of sale, he didn’t have a 2nd key available and promised, for over a year, that he would send one to me. If that weren’t shameful enough, I finally had to have an extra key made with multiple team members driving the truck. I sent the invoice to the dealership. That, too, fell on deaf ears. To say there is absolutely no customer service is an understatement. There is no interest in anything at J. W. except their bank deposit on the sale. Please consider my experience when making a purchase at J. W. Truck Sales and don’t leave with anything open on the table if you do. It’s a guarantee they won’t honor it. I have shared feedback with the highest levels of Chrysler, but it’s the buyer who needs to be made aware and understand how they treat a repeat customer. I can only imagine how new customers are treated. Buyer Beware. You have many options for automotive purchases. Find one who is honest.

I had really high expectations after hearing about the MAC services from my Credit Union. This was the main reason that I decided to get the vehicle loans from the CU instead of financing through the dealer. Initially the experience was good, we went over the vehicles I wanted (we were buying 2) and expected from that conversation to see some inventory within a week or two. My wife and I were super excited to buy some cars. Through the month of May, we were not presented with a single vehicle to see or test drive. I provided an excel sheet with about 12 vehicles that met our criteria and everyone of them I was told "the dealer won't work with MAC." These were reputable dealers like Nalley Lexus, Infiniti of Gwinnett and Honda. We found several more and emailed them over and again we were told that "the dealer will not sell to MAC." After several weeks without being presented a single vehicle to see, we decided that we didn't want to pass up on these vehicles that we found and we ended up going to Nalley Lexus to purchase without any help from MAC. The communication is very poor with MAC. 10 days went by from my last communication with them until I purchased the 2 vehicles from Nalley and not a single email/call/text to check in with me or say that any vehicles were lined up. Not sure if this is the normal customer service level of MAC when someone is wanting to purchase 2 vehicles but I can tell you that this is not the picture that Peachstate CU painted about the services which is very disappointing. I will not be recommending MAC to anyone in the future.

Why do they call it Magic Motors? Because they use the art of deception to convince you that you are getting a good vehicle. Simply put this business is sleazy. The owner advertises himself as honest and knowledgeable which couldn’t be further from the truth. He blatantly lied to me over and over again. Best example. They cleared the On-board diagnostics (OBD) computer to hide the fact that the vehicle needed a catalytic converter, which on the car I looked at would have cost me $1500 if I purchased and drove off the lot. Slimiest most dishonest thing you can do. They knowingly tried to rip me off and they will do the same to you. IF YOU INSIST on going to this establishment, do yourself a favor and take it on a test drive down to Express Oil Change & Service Center in Snellville. It’s literally 4 minutes up the road. Phone: 770-978-8502. Ask for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Costs $100 but could save you BIG $$$ on repairs to a lemon. There overall diagnosis for me, $3000 in repairs needed. Go in educated and don’t let these bums rip you off.

People please do not do business with this company. I drove 600 miles to purchase this car and had to wait about 5 hours to be seen. The staff was very unprofessional. When I was finally able to purchase the car which was on empty they refused to put gas in it. The finance guy named Woody needed my insurance info so he called my job saying he was a family member and it was an emergency, once I raced to the phone it was him fussing about insurance info. I will never ever do business with these unprofessional morons.

They must have done a temporary odor treatment that has now worn off, and the car reeks of smoke and we can't get rid of the smell. They did give us a good deal financially and Steve was nice to work with, but who wants to drive a car that smells??

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and emailed throughout the week, requesting a few pictures of the interior (I lived 2 1/2 hrs away, but was cash in hand ready if all checked out) because the ones on autotrader were inaccurate according to their claim that the seats were completely black. They put me off for two days, telling me if not tonight, immediately the next morning they would have the pics to me. Never sent them(would have preferred honesty if they just didn't have the time rather than wasting my time waiting for nothing). Eventually just told me to come in, the interior is fine. They proceeded to call me after sending this email and when i called back, treated me extremely rude and said "he wasn't going to argue with me about blue and black seats" "Whats the big "hubub" about the pictures?" As I politely handled the whole converation and said thank you anyway he proceeded to say "ya ya blah blah blah as he hung up the phone. After noticing and complaining of tire or brake noise, I was given a ride with both the salesman and service manager and assured that there was no problem. $822.00 in tires and an alignment later I would dispute that. They explained that they do an 131 Item quality check list on each car, so I had nothing to worry about. Addtionly, only after I had closed the deal on the car did I learn that it was missing the second key, so now I'll have to spring for a $300 extra key. A phone call to the salesman after got me nowhere as he explained that the key would have to be purchased from the BMW dealership, because at their place they are required to charge full retail price for the key anyway. Hey the salesman couldn't been nicer but as a whole they couldn't have been more disingenuous if they tried. The lesson here is, you're responsible for your own actions and trusting a used car dealership is a really bad idea no matter how nice they seem, and I'm old enough to know better.
