Ryan, our first salesperson, was very good. He was very polite,low pressure, and patient. My wife and I test drove several cars over two weeks and finally settled on purchasing a 2018 used Volt with 5600 miles, almost in brand new condition. We love our car. The detailing crew forgot to put the charging cable back in the car, but Ryan and another person in sales gave us a brand new charging cable. Score!!
Our second salesperson, Luke, was a tough negotiator, but he remained courteous and polite. He was also very patient as we can be tough negotiators as well. In the end, Luke got us a good and fair deal for the car. It was a long car buying experience, but worth it. Again, we love our car and the deal was more than fair.
Andrew, the warranty guy, was very personable. We connected with him because he was also a dog person. He didn’t try to push warranties that we didn’t want and was very patient with our many questions and ran different scenarios (disappearing deductible, different deductible amounts, etc.). He even showed us his dog car seat so that we can get a similar one for our dog.
Jason, the manager, was courteous and friendly. We appreciate his support of his staff and agreeing to the final negotiated amount.
The staff stayed until we were ready and the car was ready even though the dealership had closed. The staff put extra effort to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase and understood how to operate the car because it’s our first electric car.
We’re considering purchasing another vehicle from JN Chevrolet and expect the same level of professionalism and service.

(sales person) even came in on his day off to work around my schedule. No Buyers remorse here. He even walked me over to service too make sure my experience was complete as I needed a few additional items so they checked on them.
Forgot my floor mats - K91956
I bought a new 2018 Chevy Cruze from this dealership. While it never dawned on me, one of my friends pointed it the fact that my car didn’t have any floor mats. I soon realized that I, in fact, never received the floor mats that were supposed to come with my car and my carpet is now damaged. When I called to explain the situation I was transferred twice and put on hold where I was then hung up on. I called back and was told I would have to wait until the following weekend to return to see if I was “truly” missing my floor mats. I returned to the dealership to receive my floormats and was handed me dirty used floormats out of a “new” vehicle. Very disappointed with this dealership.
