Worst experience I have ever had with a service department and customer service. We have transmission issues with our Jeep. We made an appointment and couldn’t get in for 2 weeks. Then we left our vehicle and were told diagnostics would be covered if repair was warranty. Our Jeep has 45k miles. We have manufacturer and extended purchased warranties. They didn’t even call the warranty company and are trying to make us pay full repairs even though the repair is a TCM update under warranty. The real problem is the transmission is slipping and they told us they only test drove it 8 miles. The engine light is still on and they want us to pay them $365 to release the vehicle. We have contacted our warranty company. We have an 11 month old baby and a 3 year old and they want us to pick up our vehicle and drive it off the lot. What happened to safety??? The rental should be covered but since service is closed Saturday and Sunday that’s on us too. Poor customer service and no care for our safety. Now we have to hire our own auto mechanic so our kids are safe and pay out of pocket if we want resolution.

I DO NOT suggest using this dealership for sales or service. I should have read the reviews here before trusting them with the care of my van. I have been a customer of Dodge Cutter of Pearl City for a little over a year after we moved to the area. This customer service has absolutely no communication with each other.... one will say one thing and then another will say otherwise. For example, after a transmission fluid flush, they found a leak of transmission fluids with the following oil change, I was told this was covered under my warrenty (only after asking, they didnt even think to look it up) but that my warrenty was ending the next day and they had no time to fix today... understandable, so they told me come in today and they would leave the file "open" so they could fix it and it still be under warrenty since they had no openings that day. I show up today... they didnt even put me on the schedule, no one was aware I was coming and NO ONE knew about the "promise" that was made to me on coming in today and fixing it under warrenty. Every oil change comes another "new" problem found with this vehicle.... Either this 4 YEAR OLD vehicle made by dodge is horribly made and I dont recommend anyone buying one... or the service here is dishonest. My visits to this place since moving here have lead to disaster, more money, additional complications and no resolve. They only want your cash, they don’t care on how this car is your livelihood getting to and from work and supporting your family.
