A gentleman named Chip Lowman drove to my home to bring me to the dealership JN Chevrolet on Nimitz. We chit chatted the entire time. He was very knowledgeable & comfortable to work with. We made a fair deal that I am happy with. The car had some condensation in the headlight lamp so he had the service center correct it for me. I am hoping to have this car in great shape for many years to come.

I purchased my 2016 ford expedition el limited brand new in the beginning of January 2016.I have been getting excellent service from since then,from the old long time employees .But now all of long time employees are gone.And been replaced by new transplants from the mainland took over the dealership and they dont know who are their loyal customer are.I've been buying new trucks,SUVs and cars since 1994 all are fords.But this new management sucks and have no clue have to work with there returned loyal customers.And when you go to service you're vehicle.You dont have you're regular service representative who knows all about you.The new bees are running the show and they just dont care.I brought in my expedition into service for diagnosis and repair.The next day I got it back but returned to the dealership to show the technician he didn't complete putting back the radiator and grille support.He
agreed and thought it was no big deal
Oh well Im not coming back to this dealership until Ford motor company straightened out this dealership of their new awful employees.And their new General sales manager Eric Hoffman has no people skills, no aloha and shouldn't be a manager.Bring back all of the old time employees such as Rey Weiner service representative and sales person Remy Enomoto and Justin Moriki.Replace the current General sales manager Eric Hoffman with Jonathan Smith.
