I ended up finishing the repairs myself. - gwspader1
I ended up finishing the repairs myself. They cut my key fob center out of my car and just threw it in the back. And then I got the car with all the panels underneath the dash torn out. They kept saying that they had to keep rediagnosing stuff and they kept charging me more money for it. I will never take my car back there.

Bought a truck a year ago noticed a spot on top my roof - laniui8
Bought a truck a year ago noticed a spot on top my roof called them . They are claiming it’s a rock chip middle of roof not hood . Took truck to 3 body shops and a detail shop all day it’s rust from inside out ! Toyota claims it is from a rock chip . I bought the car from sales man Dan Kashima , spoke with a young sales manager Tyrone Flores both said sorry Rock chip , get some sand paper sand it and use touch up pen which they don’t have in stock for over two months , then walked away .Spoke with Shari Oros that sold me rust package and Allstate package but not covered she said . Went to Toyota Mapunapuna someone said they could help spoke with Ron Kimura he said he would send info to Toyota corporate but just got word today sorry it APPEARS to be ??? Spears to be ? I got a 18882725515 number to call she said sorry toyota says no . Who is Toyota ? Which body professional is saying rock chip ? I have 3 body shops saying otherwise and a detail shop . You spend 40,000. On a truck and within a year you have rust . It’s been a couple months and soot is getting worse and all I get is the run around . Everyone says Toyota is the best far from it ! Obviously they don’t stand by there workmanship and the paint job must not be that great . How does a rock hit smack dab in the middle of your roof ? Short of me parking in a area where rocks can fall from above and down onto the truck this cannot happen . A rock that is kicked up by another car would hit the hood or windshield not middle of roof ! Horrible people , company and service
Worked with Noe on buying one of their demo cars and was - victor.rundbaken
Worked with Noe on buying one of their demo cars and was flat out lied to on multiple occasions.
-Was told the car still had the full original factory warranty since it was being sold as new. Later found out this wasn't true that is only had 3 years left since it had been registered to servco already. He then told me he never said that and demos are never sold with the full warranty. Also not true if a dealer doesn't register the car it may be sold with the full time on the warranty.
-Was told the car was up to date on all maintenance but it arrived with service needed light on
- Was told he would give me an extra year of maintenance to make up for the "mixup" over the warranty then when the car arrived Kauai servco dealer said that there was no extra year added. He told me to just be happy I got a good deal and there was nothing he could do.
- Kept making excuses about mailing documents, would say they were going out that day then turns out he still hadn't mailed them in over a week. Did not include service records with the car as promised.
Outright lies aside the customer service was also terrible. I was buying for my mom who lives on Kauai and he said they ship cars all the time I just had to call young brothers. So after waiting on hold for 45 min with young brothers they tell me only the dealer can make the reservation and they should know that.
He at first said they couldn't do a wire transfer to pay for the car and would need to mail a check but after talking to finance they said it was no problem.
Sent a scanned copy of their form to fill out rather than a docusign....this was in 2021!
He was unable to upload clear videos of the exterior of the car, luckily it was in great condition when we received it.
Generally very unresponsive and not a man of his word. Felt like he was doing the bare minimum, probably wasn't making much commission on the car or something since it was a demo. We did get a good deal on a car in great condition but I will never trust Servo with another purchase.
If you ever work with them get EVERYTHING in contract before you sign, they will go back on text and verbal agreements.
Recently bought my first EV, and had a wonderful - karendj
Recently bought my first EV, and had a wonderful experience here. I'm so happy we were able to to find what we were looking for from such a reputable dealership as Servco Toyota. The price was fair ($50 below KBB) and the process was stress-free, quick and easy. I feel confident that I good a good car and a good deal. Thanks, Servco!
In particular though, our sales consultant, Mike Ikehara, was flat-out amazing. I am so impressed with his outstanding customer service!! He was friendly, knowledgable, and able to explain all the gritty details in plain language. He was always ready and available to assist and answer all our questions, even at odd hours of the night and weekends, when I really wasn't expecting a response. The car was beautiful and sparkling clean down to the details, and Mike stayed late after closing to show me around the car. He then offered to help drive the new car home, alongside my old car (which I had decided to keep instead of trade in)-- literally, going the extra mile to help me out. Thanks, Mike!
The car came properly registered and safety certified of course, but I realized a week after signing the papers, that we needed particular paperwork to present at the DMV for a driver's test. We had just 2 days to get it done before the test to avoid having to reschedule for some time 4-6 months later. We turned to Mike for help, and he bent over backwards to make it all happen for us-- within just 24 hours! And better yet, he got us the all paperwork FREE of charge (we would have paid fees anywhere else), and got us in for service before normal business hours, just because that fit my schedule better. I'm honestly blown away at how helpful Mike was.
We thanked him a million times, but he just said he was glad to help us and he hoped we would be back next time. You got it Mike! Honestly now I'm too spoiled to go anywhere else. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, I will definitely be coming back to Servco Toyota-- and asking for MIKE IKEHARA! Do yourself a favor, shop at Servco, and try ask for him too. He's the best!
