Tanya in the service dept is the best! Came in with an issue under warranty and had to get to another state for a funeral asap. She set us up with a rental (which hyundai paid for 100%) she called almost daily to update me on the part's whereabouts, when it arrived and when the work was complete. I appreciate that VERY much. What started as a nightmare was quickly handled by Tanya and her team. They even cleaned my car before receiving. A++ highly recommend.

After a poor experience at a dealership in North Spokane, my husband & I walked away from a deal on a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that checked every single box on our list. The Jeep was great, the price was right, but the sales manager was pushy & rude, so we walked. The next day we found the same model at Midway; a year newer but lacking a couple features that were on our wish list. From the moment we arrived it was obvious though that Midway was worlds apart from the first dealership. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed; and our salesman Curtis Heirston was friendly (also funny), understanding, and genuine. Also, Curtis recognized right away that I (“the wife”) was not simply along for the ride, but rather just as much in the driver’s seat as my husband when it came to making this deal. The previous dealership was dismissive of me and my research and focused the conversation directly to my husband. Curtis at Midway on the other hand was impressed with my knowledge, and super respectful and equally attentive to us both. I should mention that Derrick in finance offered the same genuine respect and friendly disposition as well - especially considering we were pre-approved and using outside financing. This seemed to be a major pain point for the previous dealership, but Derrick was gracious about it and it was really a “non-issue”. From Curtis working for us to get us this Jeep, to management (who we didn’t even need to meet because they let Curtis do his job), to Derrick in the finance department wrapping up the particulars – Midway listened to our needs, understood our budget, and delivered a deal that we are more than happy with! This Jeep may not have a tow package or memory seats, but I don’t care! Sacrificing those features to do business with folks who understand the value of customer service and relationships is well worth it! Sincerity are integrity are priceless, and as it turns out those are the two things that I love the MOST that came with our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited! Thank you Midway! Seriously, thank you!
