Horrible experience , never trust this dealer for any thing - arfeen
I have purchased Mercedes Benz E350 2013 with milage 18066 to be exact,on May 28/ 2014, sales person Renee Scarvalle very polite and nice ,I went to pick up car we did all the paper work within an hour and car was brought to the door it was not even washed i was kind of surprise , I never had delivery of car without wash,
I found out the reason it has crated windshield so they didn't wash the car so you can't see after after a week i came back from out of town car was parked in the garage , I took the car to wash it then notice Crack on windshield Monday I called the dealership Renaee , she has not comment please send me picture of it then she decided to communicate via tex instead of the phone , she never responded so when i Insisted finally she text me the manager name Gary Jones , I called him as usual car dealer attitude pretty disrespectful and nasty attitude. answer was, you walked out of my dealer ship every thing was fine with car
No one would expect this when you $43000 for the car , I take my time to write this review. so customers are aware of the fact of these dealers , they are polite and nice until the sale is completed
