Long story short, they changed wheel studs on my car. Afterwards they claimed there was a rattling and I said that wasn't normal. I insisted on them rechecking the work from that day. They did and the rattling was gone so I thought it was resolved. Upon having my car serviced months later, it was discovered the issue wasn't resolved. While this is concerning on it's own, I have to give Riley credit for their integrity and doing what's right. They fully covered the fix to set things right. To error is human, and it's how we react to our mistakes that shows our honesty and integrity. I wanted to thank them for their integrity.
