They are always courteous and expedient! Having a courtesy driver is nice too. I have no problem scheduling an appointment online, which is very convenient.

You may have a good experience the first time, but the second time worst by far. They locate a Vehicle and then tell you what you are paying for it. Then you find out later that day online the other Dealer ship is charging $5400 less. I am shocked that they would pull such a stunt. Worst experience by far. Would never shop this place again!!!!!!!!!!

I had the best car buying experience working with Tricia Archibald. She was very friendly and answered all my questions I had about the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking at and ended up buying. I never felt pressured and they gave me a great deal on my trade in. I highly recommended Tricia Archibald and Davis Moore Jeep when purchasing your next vehicle.
Worst Experience. Ever! - cboz
I have probably had the worlds worst experience at this dealer in the last day. It all started this morning when I had an appointment at 7:30 (for which I was 15 minutes early) to drop my car off. Which is a 2012 Fiat 500. I got there and the person at the desk didnt tell me any ETA or anything like that, for which I expected because I didnt really know the problem in the first place. The real issues started around 11:30 AM when I called to check on my car, but when I did I came to find out that NOTHING had been done on my car because they only had 2 techs that can work on my car. I took it as a mistake, and continued on my day. I called again about 3:30 or so and asked the same thing, and this time I was told the same thing "they havent gotten to it yet" and I began to get a little bit upset. About 4:30 rolled around and me and my wife decided that we just needed to cut our losses and go to a different service center to get the work completed in a timely manner. I called Eiris (the gentlemen that I had been talking too each time) and told him this and he said "I will just park it across the street at Best Buy with the keys locked in it" which I accepted because we needed our car back. We did tell him it would be later in the evening, for which he said that was fine.
We finally got there to pick it up about 8:45 PM but the car was still in the lot. We were lucky enough to find one of the gates still open so we could get our car out. We went in, got in our car, and started to leave. There were two gentlemen standing outside of what looked like the service back entrance so we asked them for our other key that they had, and refused because "they were locked up" and pretty much just told us tough luck. When asked why they didnt do anything with the car they told us "6 people called in, so we were short handed" and this just seems like a cop out and they just didnt want to tell us that they forgot about it or something like that.
I must say, that I am very upset with my experience with this dealership, and I will be contacting the GM or Manager of service there to talk about this.
