We spent much more time talking about life, family, hobbies and interests than we did which car I will buy and when will I decide. It was more like a friendly meetup and getting to know each other.
I was greeted by Morgan. She is young and new. She was only a month into her role but I can see why Infinity of Kansas City welcomed her into their family. She fits. She’s friendly, engaging, helpful, patient. She was interested in me and shared in a friendly conversation that made me forget I was buying a car. She is a keeper. She fits the culture. Classic Bait and switch sales - Mitch
Can't recommend these guys at all. The salesman and I were talking pricing and he said we had a deal. Get back onsite and they doubled the trade amount. To be honest, everything seemed to be going really good until the salesman found out we are Jewish and then the price went up.
