BEWARE!! We purchased a vehicle for our son here. Three days later, the clutch went out. Min. $2000 worth of work is needed to get it back running. I called and spoke with the Sales Manager and the General Manager, both of whom advised they have no obligation to us. No moral compass here. They are the proverbial shady, used car dealer!! Go to CARMAX. In one phone call, they advised all of their cars come with a 5 day money-back guarantee...no questions asked. Also, if anything goes out within 30 days, you simply return it and they will fix it. THIS IS WHY the future of the car sales industry is going away from the dealerships!!

I took my car there on Friday. Service writer told me part was coming from Cincinnati, OH. Mechanic told me he didnt work on Saturday and the service dept is open on Saturdays so my car wont be fixed & is held up til Monday. Im like ok, but Brown Brothers Cadillac said they could do the job on Monday. Parts clerk said part was then coming from St. LOUIS on Monday morning. I called back to check on status and parts mgr told me its coming from Charlotte, NC. I was just called by parts mgr after 4:30p.m. & told part isnt due for delivery til tomm by 430pm...part was originally suppose to be overnight and the on Saturday. No one seems to know what to do, who to talk to and NO COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER. THEIR WORD, QUALITY and TRUSTWORTHINESS is ending up to be not worth bringing ANY vehicle here EVER. I could have taken my car to Brown Brothers Cadillac and had it serviced by now. Do you think this is the way a customer should be treated????

I received a pre approved letter from capitol one so we drove to the dealership, and made our selection. Sounds good don't it? Yah they ran me through several different banks before the one I was pre approved for! So needless to say credit score went to hades to say it nicely. But hey everyone not to worry we just took delivery of our new 2016 Chevy Cruze limited- thanks to Rod Hatfield Chevrolet in Lexington Ky, they got the job done! If u don't have perfect credit beware of pop's!

I typically do not like car dealers so I was leary about visiting one. Brandon was very patient and kind. He showed me how to work everything in the car. He explained what it meant to be a certified a Honda and was not pushy at all. James has the NADA value on all the cars and then he has them marked below that on everyone!!! Jeff explained all my financial paperwork to me so that I could understand it. There was no hidden fees or anything! I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The service manager Andy even spoke to me even though I wasn't there for service. There was no pressure to buy but I felt so comfortable with the employees I dealt with I figured why make another trip. All three employees I spoke to and the owner called me within a couple of days after just to say thank you again. I will definitely go there for my next vehicle and I will even go to their service department. I guess not all dealerships are bad after all. This has changed my mind about dealerships, well this one anyway. Thank you again to the team at Sisk Auto Mall for an outstanding job well done.
