Quality inspections and they will tell you if replacement part is urgent or just watch it. No high pressure. Never a go back to get repair done correctly.

I bought my new Rogue here in 2017. I got the extended warranty. When it came time to use the warranty the wonderful person at the service desk told me that the broken part wasn’t covered. After much heated discussion I was finally able to prove to them that the parts and labor were in fact free of charge.
When it came time to pick up my car I noticed that my car was now overheating. So not wanting to argue with the service department again I took it to another Nissan dealer that honored my warranty with no problem and they said that someone had purposely using a tool unplugged my cooling fan.
Wonder who could have done such a thing?

Around June 11th my husband brought our 2016 Altima to Neil Huffman as the transmission went out and this is where we had purchased the vehicle. They informed us that instead of replacing the entire transmission they would rebuild it, okay.
On June 19th, we got the call that our vehicle was ready to be picked up. When my husband arrived he did not make it out of the parking lot before it stopped working again. They told him they would keep it and work on it some more but that they did not have a car for him to drive as they had already given the rental back and he would have to wait until Monday, June 22nd for another one. While waiting a car salesman even tried to convince my husband to buy a new car so that he would not have to wait on the woman working to drive him down the street to meet my father. She did not have to do that and it was appreciated but we were still disappointed as we live in Lexington, he works in Paris and he would have to drive again to Frankfort to pick up a rental, but we chalked it up.
On July 2nd Huffman attempted to call my husband around 4:30 pm he missed the call but called them back within 15 minutes and no one answered. He then called twice on July 3rd but again no answer or returned phone call. On Monday July 6th he received a phone call that the car was ready but that we owed them for 5 days driving the rental car. He refused as he had attempted to reach them 3 times since their phone call on Thursday afternoon. The lady was completely rude and said well I guess we will have to eat the costs for the 5 extra days for the rental car. Keep in mind this lady has had an attitude the entire time, and spoke down to my husband like he was bothering her when calling to ask questions about the progress of our vehicle.
Tuesday July 7th he made the trip back to Frankfort to get the car and immediately noticed a the car making a noise that it had not made before, he called Huffman but they told him they wouldn't be able to look at it for at least a week or two. The next day he called back and spoke to a manager he said to bring it back to Huffman and they would look at it and for all the trouble he would do an oil change as well for free, so on July 9th the vehicle was returned to Huffman.
Finally yesterday, July 13th he was told to come get the car that it was not making any noises. When he got there the lady he had been dealing with, the mechanic and two other mechanics were standing there and told him there was no sound, he offered to drive them down the street to hear it but they refused and told him there was nothing they could do. At this point we are so disgusted with Neil Huffman we will never go back there again not even for a mere oil change, which by the way they also did not complete as they said they would. He has made the trip from Paris to Frankfort to Lexington multiple times now and the car is still not fixed. I myself drove the car today to work and I heard the sound Huffman said didn't exist before I even pulled completely out of the driveway.
We bought this car brand new from Huffman and honestly when the salesman proposed a new car to my husband we considered it for a few days, but now I can say I am glad we did not purchase another car from this dealership as their customer service is unacceptable and they have shown they do not care for their customers or the quality of their work. Neil Huffman is giving a bad name for Nissan and I am embarrassed to have any ties with them.

I took my car in to get serviced and told them something was wrong with the acceleration and it wanting to die when idle, they charged 100 to look at it and then told me it was an exhaust leak. 2 months later it is back, pretty sure my turbo is bad and needs replaced but of course they state I have to get a fuel injector replacement which will cost 1000.00!! They have not checked the turbo. They have now had my car for 4 days and they told me it would be done in 2. they do not offer rentals why they take thier time. The only reason I know nothinig has been done is because I go and get updates. If leaving a voicemail do NOT expect a return call. You will physically have to go there to see what is going on! We are a nissan family but will be no longer.

My wife got a flat tire - in mid August (95 degree day) in West Huntington. I was out of town, but it turns out that wouldn't have mattered. A friend came to help her - but after a bit he discovered a LOCKED lugnut!! About two hours in, she had to call Bill Cole. They said it was an "anti" theft nut - and said they will "try" to call service.
TWO hours later a wrecker shows up -guy takes a look and says he can't put the donut on either (ARE you kidding ME!!!!).
Now over four hours in this ordeal - 95 degree heat BTW - he says he can tow it to Bill Cole on RT 60.
My wife is a grocery delivery driver and has missed several trips and tons of money/tips by now - but the story doesn't end here!
After 5 hours, and them CHARGING US for a tire - she was finally able to come home. Exhausted, sweaty, lost wages, etc., etc.

I initially called the dealership to schedule an appointment but was put on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes before I gave up. I tried calling about 10 more times that day to no avail so I drove to schedule an appointment. Once there I scheduled the appointment. I came back at the scheduled time only to be told they could not do it then and to have the man blame it on one of his coworkers. I politely agreed to come back another day. The service was still terrible and I will never trust this dealer with my car. They are irresponsible and rude and would much rather drive and hour to take my business somewhere where they actually care about customers.

They mailed out "Money Carlo" match to win tricking folks into believing they had won $5000. I went to get my wife's car serviced and observed many elderly people along with many more from various age groups show up to claim their prize. It was a trick to get them in but no place in the mailings could I find where they stated it was a "chance" to win. False advertising and the local government should look into this and protect people from this dealership. Those elderly folks could barely get around and had no intention of buying a new car. Shame on you Garland Nissan!! I won't even give you my service business anymore.

We purchased our 2017 Nissan Payhfinder two years ago from a different dealership. Along with our vehicle, we purchased the Fidelity Warranty Insurance program which allows us to take our vehicle to any Nissan dealership and get our oil change and maintenance service at no cost because it's covered under the program. We have successfully used this program at four other Nissan dealerships in multiple states. When attempting to get our oil change at THIS dealership (Legacy Nissan), however, we were haggled and told that the oil change would NOT be covered 100%. We called our original dealer and had the program explained in further detail only to find out that what this experience means is that Legacy Nissan behaves in an unprofessional manner. Legacy refused to operate in the way that other Nissan dealerships operate. We refused to pay the money they were trying to get from us. Do not patron this dealership. They cannot be trusted.
