Have bought two cars from Ben and my family has purchased three others. Fantastic service, pricing, and negotiating! You pull in the lot, greeted by the sales rep, and left alone unless you have questions. No pressure at all! Then you want pricing on something, and you are brought the pricing and the keys. Very relaxed atmosphere which is outside of anything expected at a used car dealership. I plan to by my next used car from here and recommend them to anyone that is even considering bying a newly used car.

Terrible experience. Was willing to negotiate a deal on a car that has been on the lot a long while but Kevin Lefevers can't handle any push back from a buyer. I refused to pay doc fees, told him it would have to be deducted from price and he told me to shop elsewhere. Docs fees are pure dealer profit and many states are limiting them to $50. Wish Kentucky would do that to protect car buyers from predatory dealer practices. They seriously need to up their game and at least pretend to like their customers. If you're willing to throw away your cash at sticker price, pay a ridiculous doc fee and get hosed in finance this is the place for you.

We purchased a used SUV. Our salesman was Eli . He took us on several test drives and was very professional. There was no pressure and for us that was a plus. This the second SUV that we have bought from Audi of Lexington. I would recommend that you give them a try. I think you will be pleased. They detailed our car before we left with it. They also gave us a car fax. We were given a list of things that they had checked and preformed on the car. We are very happy with our purchase.

I first contacted Amy at Digital on Aug 16th about a Honda Pilot. She was very helpful & friendly. As I couldn’t get there for a few days, I’d totaled my 04 Pilot 6/1 & it was almost a 4hr drive, She did let me know that a man put a deposit down on it the next day. I was sad & she said she would call & let me know if he got his financing or not. She did call me as soon as she knew & I put a deposit hold on it until I could get a ride there!! Super Cool! I told her I’d be there the 23rd & she made sure it was clean & sitting in front of the office when I arrived. My Nephew & I gave it a test drive, I was Thrilled to be able to replace my Pilot. Amy got us through all the paperwork in a Fun & timely manner! I highly recommend Digital Auto & especially Amy!!

When I arrived the car was clean and immediately ready for a test drive. The buying process was fast and there were no hidden dealer fees. I didn’t get the interest rate I was hoping for, but other than that everything went the best it could. The salesmen also seemed honest and helpful.

This place is unprofessional and what you see online is not what the vehicle looks like in person. A lot of the cars on the lot have rebuilt titles and they have been halfway repaired. The Chevy Equinox I got was a rebuilt after being told it just had minor front end damage. Minor front end damage doesn’t make all the air bags deploy and cause the hood to be miss aligned. They will lie and say they told you these things which they do not or they sent an email telling about it which I never saw at all. Stay away from this place. They will take your money anyway they can.

Mo and his sales staff were awesome. They bent over backwards to make me a good deal and worked for hours attempting to get me the best financing possible. I ended up buying a Nissan Armada with relatively high miles and Mr. Mo gave me a 3 month warranty to make me deal more comfortable. It’s been nearly a month now and I haven’t had any trouble and love my new ride. Perfect for a family of 4 with a giant fat dog. Thanks guys. I’ll definitely be back next time to see what you have in inventory.

Was there with my partner from 5:30 to 7:30. They ran his credit and we drove at least 2 cars. My partner had all his paystubs and everything , was being completely honest with the sales guy everything was going smoothly. We asked multiple times for a CarFax for the vehicles he was interested in. We kept getting told “there printing them”, “he’s printing them while we drive”. YEAH RIGHT. 7:30 rolls around and we still are asking for CarFax’s that are for some reason “not to be seen” not to mention not once were we told the price of any car or shown anything. This dealership was a huge let down. The customer service was extremely rude with us when we were leaving since we couldn’t see a CarFax on a vehicle ! Not being able to produce a CarFax for your customer is super shady business. I hope this dealership goes down . I would NOT buy a car here or give them my business or Personal information. Not to mention not supplying you with any kind of privacy statements or signed copies of when your credit gets ran. They ran my partners credit 12 times!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

GAS GAUGE DIDNT WORK SO HE BOUGHT ME A FUEL PUMP AND I HAD TO GO GET IT AND IT WAS UP TO ME TO HAVE IT PUT IN, THE WINDSHEILD WASHER DOESNT WORK THE TRANSMITION SLIPPED, THE IDLER ARM KNOCKS AND THE TAIL GATE DONT WORK AND YES, THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT, NUMDER 3 IN A ROW.
