Upon entering the dealership, I was not greeted by anyone on the floor, literally No One! I was looking for someone I was referred to but a warm kind welcome would've been nice. My purchase experience was great and things were explained yo me in detail. I traded my care and had to bring the other key to it the next day. When I returned I had the same experience! No one greeted me or even acknowledged that i was there. That's something the staff needs to work on. If I weren't there to see a specific person, I would've walked out

I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

Quick , friendly service. Notice when I got in my truck the rubber /plastic piece was sticking up. It wasn’t like that when I arrived there . After I got home looks like it was hit and forced up. One of the connections is broken, I’m hoping the large center connection will hold it in place, if not I’ll be in touch

Luke was great and communicated well. He even stayed late to drive us to the other dealership to look at vehicles and answered his phone after hours. He worked to make sure I got a great APR! Luke ensured the vehicle was cleaned and ready and even had it delivered to my home. The only thing I was off put was when I received the vehicle, it did not have the wheel lock key. I mentioned it and was told they used a universal one and was not offered any assistance. Overall, Luke did a great job.
