Good Communication - Leo1967
Tara did everything she promised in a timely manner. Communication was frequent and good. Warranty repair done perfectly. Car was washed and vacuumed for me. Car was ready and parked up front for me when I arrived.

Fantastic dealership! I have purchased 4 new vehicles and one used vehicle from Courtsey in the past 10 years. Salesman Angelo Frazier is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to contact Angelo. He is honest, professional and informed and he does not employ the high pressure sales tactic. The service department is fantastic as well. I've never had an issue with any kind of service or repair work not done correctly or on time! Darryl Williams makes sure that all the details are taken care of so I don't have to give it a second thought. The dealership physical plant is new, clean and the people are very friendly. They tend to have a large inventory and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they are willing to find it for you.

ADP (additional dealer profit) is hidden in the service department.
when you read the name on the sign, it will be the last time you see SERVICE
until you leave the lot.
"our service department makes Aluminum siding sales men look honest"
remember when you father told you,
"if you have to tell someone you are honest, you aren't
well their name starts with, 'Service' and what your father told you still applies
Mr. Babineaux (the Service Manager), this is Mr. Stelly (the Operations Manger)
Mr. Stelly, Mr. Babineaux doesn't think you are his boss.
Of course he also thinks that vehicles come to the holding area an break themselves.
if it wasn't broken when you dropped it off
and it wasn't broken when we inspected it
just leave it overnight and we can fix that stuff that wasn't broken
we will put it in the shop and break it for you.
yes I rated price at 5 stars,
they did not charge me a thing to break
the parts that were working when we brought it in.
where else can you buy the extended service plan
get free oil changes
and spend $4,000+ to replace the shocks that were working
when you dropped it off
Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend - afusco68
Very disappointed would put it lightly. My experience from the start has been trying at best. After spending hours at the dealership to purchase the car and pay for it in full you'd think they would be jumping to make you feel satisfied. To start we purchased the car at the end of the day and said we would be in the next day to pay off the balance and pick up the car. I had called them the next day and said when we would be in and when I arrived the car was still dirty and not cleaned. I ended up having to sit around for over an hour waiting for them to clean the car and it took the sales rep I had going out and vacuuming it and not much else was done. It showed that communication was not a priority there. Then they send off my registration information to my DMV twice, it was returned to them because it went to the wrong location. The second time it has been lost in delivery. Now all new original paperwork is needed and I feel like they are not willing to take care of it. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and xxxx happens unfortunately I don't think they do. Since this delay my insurance company is dropped this vehicle since it is not registered and I cannot drive it. I have called multiple times and no return call. It feels that they don't care about you after the sale and all they want was your money. I would not recommend them, since my experience has been so poor with them I would have to say go somewhere else. A little good will from the start would have gone a long way but their actions has shown they don't care about their customers.
No response - jim
After my first email I was contacted by 4 different people but when I had a couple of questions about the vehicle not one person got back to me. Granted I live in another state but I was willing to have the vehicle shipped to me if it was what I wanted but I got no response to my questions. I believe when they found out I was in another state they did not think I was serious and ignored me.
not that good. - chris campbell
every one is available to talk before purchase, since they overcharge me on purchase and now they are always busy and cant get in touch with anyone.
Addition of fees - leftyloosy
I contacted Courtesy Cadillac Chevrolet.
The price of 50K was excellent for a 2015 CT Vsport.
They then added in a $500 for paint sealer , etching an other BOGUS JUNK ,not in the $50 k quote.
I was not o.k. with it but hey , $ 50,500 a good price still.
The kicker was the $ 680 Dealer/Doc fees.
Per Louisianna State statute only $100 can be charged.
When I asked the question WHY.
I was corrected that statue was modified to $200.
So no answer , but they knew of the change to $200.
I was then offered 50 K out the door price.
So insult my intelligence and try to buy me off.
brings up the saying " put it where the sun doesn't shine"
Exceptional service - sjames
I purchased a preowned certified Cadillac SRX with low mileage. The sales team and finance options allowed us to purchase the vehicle of choice at a price we could afford. The General Manager made us feel like Family from the time that we entered the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.
Your Team is just great. - cynthia bogda
Dear Mr. Ettleson,
I am writing this letter regarding the new Cadillac I purchased on Friday January 30, 2015.
Our sales men has been Mr. Ray "Charles Gandurski for more then 20 years. My husband and I have owned a Cadillac since 1971.
Ray is a great guy to do business with. We purchased the 2015 SRX. We had the SRX 2004, 2008, 2011, and now the 2015.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thanking you in advance.
PHENOMENAL - jeffandlinda
My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received at Orr, but especially with Joey Fefel. He was honest and worked very hard to meet our wants and needs and continues to do so if we have any issues or questions at all. He is always available by phone or text and never too busy to help. We have already referred our friends and will definitely call him when we need our next vehicle. We actually purchased two vehicles - Cadillac Escalade and Jeep, but only one space below.

I had the worst customer service experience one can imagine at Schoeffler. I had an oil leak problem (a very serious one that could have caused the engine to seize or a cabin fire NHTSA bulletin #470201(5/94)) in my Seville which the service department missed when the car was under warranty (an independent mechanic later found it). Then when I brought it back and asked if it could be fixed, the service department refused, insisting there was no oil leak. I escalated the problem to Mr. Schoeffler himself, but he laughed at me, was arrogant, and completely dismissive -even in front of potential customers in the showroom. I found out later that the leak is a known issue that is VERY expensive to fix, and few mechanics can even do it. Schoeffler repeatedly lied to me, saying things like "all oil leaks will show up under the car" -not true, 2 GM mechanics told me the oil runs the frame rail. The service manager was even nastier than Schoeffler.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. As a matter of fact, stay away from Cadillac altogether.
Good job - Stacy Babin
I would like thank Randy Bourg and Doug for their help with my new Silevrado.
They were very professional and gave me a great deal.
