I purchased a preowned certified Cadillac SRX with low mileage. The sales team and finance options allowed us to purchase the vehicle of choice at a price we could afford. The General Manager made us feel like Family from the time that we entered the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.

My car which is not even a year old has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue. We came and picked it up, started the vehicle and the first thing that happened was the popping noise, this only means to me that the problem was not fixed and will happen again sooner than later. Not to mention the popping noise wasn?t fixed. My car is STILL running rough. I am EXTREMELY irritated, disgusted and fed up with this. Being that my husband works shift work, most days it is me bringing my child to school, never to know if we will be getting into a car that will start it?s issue yet again. I have owned a Chevrolet Trailblazer, Chevrolet Traverse and drove them over 100k, this car will never be driven that much. Not only has the issue that it has gone in the shop for 3 times, but most recently while it was there they also had to figure out why my gas gauge just quit working.
I have NEVER spent the kind of money I spent on this car to have the trouble I have had, the rattles it has and the aggravation of driving over an hour to bring it to the dealership. Which is a GM issue , as no dealership wants to look at your car that is closest to you when something is wrong, provide a courtesy car because I didn?t buy from that dealership.
So GM what are you going to do to provide satisfaction , because right now I have a 40k + car sitting under my carport that I am at my wits end with.
Buying a car - Tiger
The salesman couldn't explain to me lifetime warranty and what it covers. The sales agent spent a lot of time in the vehicle with my son before we took test drive not sure why when I was the one financing the car for my son. Sales agent didn't seem well trained. When I asked the sales agent if I could receive a free oil change with my purchase; I didn't get response.

I contacted Courtesy Cadillac Chevrolet.
The price of 50K was excellent for a 2015 CT Vsport.
They then added in a $500 for paint sealer , etching an other BOGUS JUNK ,not in the $50 k quote.
I was not o.k. with it but hey , $ 50,500 a good price still.
The kicker was the $ 680 Dealer/Doc fees.
Per Louisianna State statute only $100 can be charged.
When I asked the question WHY.
I was corrected that statue was modified to $200.
So no answer , but they knew of the change to $200.
I was then offered 50 K out the door price.
So insult my intelligence and try to buy me off.

Our sales men has been Mr. Ray "Charles Gandurski for more then 20 years. My husband and I have owned a Cadillac since 1971.
Ray is a great guy to do business with. We purchased the 2015 SRX. We had the SRX 2004, 2008, 2011, and now the 2015.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received at Orr, but especially with Joey Fefel. He was honest and worked very hard to meet our wants and needs and continues to do so if we have any issues or questions at all. He is always available by phone or text and never too busy to help. We have already referred our friends and will definitely call him when we need our next vehicle. We actually purchased two vehicles - Cadillac Escalade and Jeep, but only one space below.

I had the worst customer service experience one can imagine at Schoeffler. I had an oil leak problem (a very serious one that could have caused the engine to seize or a cabin fire NHTSA bulletin #470201(5/94)) in my Seville which the service department missed when the car was under warranty (an independent mechanic later found it). Then when I brought it back and asked if it could be fixed, the service department refused, insisting there was no oil leak. I escalated the problem to Mr. Schoeffler himself, but he laughed at me, was arrogant, and completely dismissive -even in front of potential customers in the showroom. I found out later that the leak is a known issue that is VERY expensive to fix, and few mechanics can even do it. Schoeffler repeatedly lied to me, saying things like "all oil leaks will show up under the car" -not true, 2 GM mechanics told me the oil runs the frame rail. The service manager was even nastier than Schoeffler.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. As a matter of fact, stay away from Cadillac altogether.
