Both experiences have been irritating and stressful in the past at other dealerships, but both through Carmax have been wonderful! I am very pleased with the transaction and am extremely happy with my new vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Mitsubichi Outlander. The manager, Jordan Mendez, was very upfront, honest and respectful. He Offered us a discount and the choice of a rebate or 0% interest. The purchase took us less than an hour (we had already test driven the vehicle and knew this was the model we wanted). I would definitely recommend a purchase from this dealership.
