Rebecca got in touch with me immediately after inquiring on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Lease online. She hooked me up with Mike who I have worked with in the past and have had a great experience with! I was very particular about what I wanted and the price I wanted to spend. I loved the Jeep I was currently in so I was in no rush to trade it in. Mike and Chuck got JUST the car I was looking for in a matter of days and was able to keep the price where I wanted it! Chuck was there with a smile when we went to sign all of our paperwork and it was nice to get to work with him on this deal. My Mazda CX-3 is if possuble even better than the excellent reviews which led me to purchase the vehicle in the first place instead of another Subaru. Its performance, styling and interior belie its reasonable cost and give much more expensive luxury vehicles a run for their money. It is truly awesome. But equally awesome was the attention, assistance, knowledgeability, professionalism and friendliness of the enfire staff at Varney. I purchased a new pick up in January. Dealing with Lee Gmc made it simple. I went in Friday afternoon and picked it up Saturday morning. Michael Gagne knew just what I was looking for and he explained everything about the truck to me. It was really nice having someone take the time to go over everything and sync my phone and set up on star with me, thanks Mike!! I've since gone in for my first free oil change and service and the service department was excellent too!

When it came to paying. The service guys would NOT help at all in access my extended warranty from Varney GMC. Only wanted my credit card. Once that was done paying attention to me was over. Since the warranty wasn't interested computer they just assume it was cheap and I had enough of them I did tell them that since they weren't will go help this means I won't be back. They didn't seem to care.
