breaking/rotation noise issue finally fixed - jr
I purchase my certified used car late July, a noise developed not heard initially, scraping break noise associated with tires rotating. First took it in twice to dealership where purchased (Berlin) but they failed to address problem successfully. Then took to Prime in Saco ME, very satisfied with results, problem fixed, good explanation of cause of the noise, actually showed me the problem on the car so I could understand better. Only downside was cost estimate was 50 dollars less than the final bill, that wasn't explained correctly. But I am very pleased to have the problem finally fixed, will go back to this dealer for future service, even though it is further away than where I purchased the car.

He was extremely patient with me as I asked him lots of questions and answer them to my satisfaction and even came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
