I was not listen to - mine
1. waited 20 plus minutes to talk with a sales representative
2. was low balled on my trade in after signing up for their guarantee of a better price at trade in when you have all of your service for the vehicle done through their service department
3. sales representative did not listen and tried to put me into a vehicle that did not meet my needs ( more extras, highest priced vehicle, wrong color)
4. sales representative stated they were unable to obtain the vehicle requested

Cassandra Howe is possibly the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. She is friendly, cheerful and quick to be helpful. It was a delightful process and I don't usually enjoy buying a car. But now we are in a nice Nissan Maxima (used) and loving the heck out of it. Great job, Cassie. Thank you.

Four of my family members have bought cars from Charlie's in the past, and all of them had a good experience. So when one of my family members was ready to buy a new car, we looked around and found Charlie's to have a really reasonable price and decided to go with them. However, before we had the chance to look at the car, the most unprofessional and appalling thing happened. Al Kenney decided to call my family member and personally attack them, belittle them, and falsely accuse them of something that is completely inaccurate and erroneous. It's extremely disheartening that any employee, especially a manager, would ever have the nerve to treat a customer like that. As a business owner, I would never tolerate my staff treating customers with such a lack of respect.

Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
