I had a serious issue with my new Atlas and I was frustrated that a new car was not performing the way I had expected. At first, I was told the repair for the brakes would not be covered under warranty despite the vehicle was only months old. I worked with Javier from Morong Service. It was a rocky road to get the car repaired. However, Javier stepped it up and took ownership of the problem on my behalf and turned around the whole situation. I understand some of the issues I had with the service department were not necessarily his fault. He apologized and got the repair done. He also stepped up the communication which I needed. I appreciate a lot of communication when it comes to any repair and one feels more like they are making real time decisions. In any case, Javier showed professionalism that you don't see much anymore.
