Who helped me when I came to pick up the vehicle… outstanding. Chris in particular was a standout!! He went above and beyond to be certain I had the best service! My visitng brother from Massachusetts had a problem with his exhaust earlier this week, and we came in without an appointment. Mitch handled the matter very professionally, efficiently, and courteously. It was a busy morning for the Service department, but he and the team were extremely helpful and we want to register our thanks and acknowledge the job well done.

Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
