After they assured me that my car was good to drive to Florida. They then charged me exactly 0 dollars and thanked me for doing business with them. Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
