July 26 2013 The Service Deptment at Bill Dodge Used Auto group Checked out My 2000 Beige Buick LeSabre That I purchased on July 13 2013 at Bill Dodge. After My Mechanic looked over the Vehical He questioned a couple Items he found ie leaking valve cover and worn tie rod. He stated that the valve cover leak could cause a Fire and I should bring the car back to Bill Dodge and have it repaired. He also stated that for those reasons the car should not have had Passed a State Inspection.On July 24 2013 I contacted the service deptment and after some back and forth discussion they set me up with a July 26 2013 appoinment. I Met with Bob Murphy he took the car in and after awhile came out and told me that the tie rod end was okay and the front end was soild. They could not duplicate the engine mmiss fire cylinder 3 but did see the P0300 #3 miss fire code also they saw no valve cover oil leak. So I explained that my mechanic show me and it was located between the firewall and the engine. When Bob returned he located some weaping but not a oil LEAK at the valve cover. further Bob stated that cars 2 years old and newer have oil leaks. also stated they did not want to tighten the valve covers cause it could make the LEAK worse. I questioned hime and tried to get him to be proactive that the Leak would only get worse and feared an engine fire Bob said he would talk with the Sales Manager for a fianal decision. Bob also stated that if the Average Customer were to come in off the road and wanted the valve covers gasket replaced. that he would talk the customer out of doing the $245.00 repair cause it just is not worth it. I told Bob That I am concerned about a enging fire on my WIFES car the 30 day Warrenty should apply I should not have to bring the car back under the extended service plan which I bought and have to fork out more money especially when the ITEMS should have kept the Vehical from recieving STATE INSPECTIONS STICKERS in the first place.. and I did not consider myself an Average Customer just off the street . I Had BOUGHT 2 Buicks LeSabre here on July 13 2013 CASH and I did not beat anybody up on the price when I bought them and would hope they would do the right thing and do the REPAIRS. My Last hope was the sales MANAGER of the DAY who I did not met and there was no attempt by him to come out and talk with me at all. OUR GREATEST RECOGNITION IS YOUR SATISACTION !!! are you sure about that. So it only gets better from here I also had brought the other Buick in because of Items that my Mechanic found that should have kept that car from having a STicker to. But I will do another Dealer Review on 2005 Buick LeSabre

After some early miscommunication I have nothing but praise for the service group at CM Toyota. They are top notch. From the time I arrived the I was treated with courtesy. Everyone involved with getting my car back on the road this made it as painless as possible for me. Someone checked on my warranty, and that all was in order before I arrived with my car. I spoke to Brad and he thought knew what the problem was and let me know the part was back ordered. He later called me to confirm the diagnosis and let me know that Toyota was paying for the rental car. A gentleman ( I did not get his name) made sure I had a rental car available and also made sure I had a ride to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. He stayed with me at Enterprise until the keys for the rental were in my hand. Then Matt at Toyota rentals found another car from their fleet that I had for two weeks after that. What was bound to be an ordeal was made a lot smoother because of the professional and courteous treatment I received from the staff at CM Toyota. Later, after walking up to the vehicle in a parking lot I noticed that the dent on the back panel had been smoothed out some too. Sorry I didn't see that when I picked up the car from the service area.

Follow up 2018 SQ5 strange pulsing vibration. The master mechanic took the day and went through the vehicle. At the end he said all signs point to the transmission. I had the transmission replaced, the symptoms eased up for 2 days and since then have been back and never eased up. I have wound up spending over $15k on unnecessary repairs to this vehicle on Darlings repetitive incorrect diagnosis. It is clear they have no idea what's wrong with it. It is still vibrating and pulsing to this day with no hope of dealing with it. So disappointing to have such a fine vehicle as this SQ5 and have the brand's service department unable to do anything but guess as to what's wrong with it. At this point I look forward to whatever is going wrong with it to fully break and hopefully it doesn't cause me to have an accident hurting myself or others....or worse.

When I arrived at service, they went over what I had scheduled. They said it was an oil change and an inspection. I said I didn't mean to schedule an oil change, I just want an inspection, which was free since I bought it from them. At checkout, all of the sudden, I have a $125 bill for a synthetic oil change. Not impressed that they did not listen to what I wanted, and that they still charged me the full amount. Despite the free inspection, unfortunately I don't think I will be scheduling service there anymore. Unfortunately since the sales department exceeded expectations. I'm a firm believer that you judge a dealership based on their service.

Words can not express how happy I am to be working with such professionals every time I bring my car in for service. I am always greeted by my name, and am always acknowledged by not only the service department, but by members of the Management team (Lance Quinn, Jason Decker and Jason Witts), and also my salesmen,(Gary Mitchell). I know that if there is any issue I may have, they will make sure it is taken care of. I don't know why anyone would buy a vehicle anywhere else. This team is the best. Thank you for all that you do on a daily basis.

Paid 5000 dollars cash for a piece of junk. They knew there was issues with it when they sild it to me and didnt care. Bought it and on the drive home it started acting up. They refused to give me my money back and kept the care for almost a month claiming they would fix it. They did nothing to help me. They tried offeri g me other cars but for a higher price. All they wanted was my money. There was something wrong mechanically wrong with most of their cars. They fix the bare minimum to save themselves.money and then sale the care to you. Thats all they care about. The manager just argued with me continuously. I was given the run around when they had my car and they never called me. I dont recommend them. You will regret it. They arent approved by the better business bureau for a reason.. now i have a car i paid 5000 for in my front yard because i spent all my savings on it..
