Everyone was great, even though buying any vehicle takes - kittyknill

Everyone was great, even though buying any vehicle takes some time, they were efficient, professional and very helpful. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and with the expertise/experience demonstrated by Da'raune and John from this dealership.

Nikki did a fantastic job working our deal. - Pam

Nikki did a fantastic job working our deal. She let us know step by step what she was doing. Once we got to F and I Donna Tolley was so polite and very helpful and patient getting us through the paperwork. A simple cold call by Kyle Biester is what got us into our brand new vehicle! Thank you Safford Ford!!!

Kept me posted on status of used vehicle. - bobtnt52

Kept me posted on status of used vehicle. Unfortunately sent it to wholesaler because of some issues and they decided not to sell to an individual.

Shopped local Ford Dealers, Car Buying Services and - Robert

Shopped local Ford Dealers, Car Buying Services and Dealership Internet Departments for several months but couldn’t get any of them to budge on the price to custom order a new 2026 Mustang. We happened to be in Maryland driving past Pohanka Ford and decided to stop in and give them a try. Within 15 minutes our vehicle was ordered, exactly how we wanted it for less than we wanted to spend. No haggling, no worksheets, no addons, no “what do you want your payments to be?”.

They promised a second key, scheduled an appointment 2 - d2368

They promised a second key, scheduled an appointment 2 months later only to for them to cancel it saying it's on "back order". 4 months later still nothing, terrible customer service, avoid.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. - John Martich

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I drove 7 hours to buy the vehicle. It was worth the trip
