Emil Mason at Mazda provided me with excellent, knowledgeable and professional customer service. Recently, I made an appointment for a basic oil change, to include, diagnostics/full circle service. What was found was that both inner drive Constant Velocity (CV) axle boots needed to be replaced. Thankfully, this was detected because there was no clear warning that there was even any defect. Emil thoughtfully updated me throughout the entire process and he also arranged for the courtesy shuttle to pick me up in order to complete the process. When I drove off the lot I immediately felt the difference in handling. I am glad to be part of The Ourisman Mazda Team! Thanks All!! Barry F. Warken

I had an excellent experience in the service department and with the calls I've made to the service department. Monica and Amy remembered who I was , which vehicle I owned and even knew the problem I was concerned about. Chris , the mechanic explained everything to me in detail. I feel this is exceptional service. I want to thank them for helping me and being so patient, as I haven't owned a vehicle in quite a while and needed all the information about my car I could get. I feel I could call with any problem I had however simple it could be and I would be treated with patience and dignity. I am a consumer who appreciates good service, its important to me to feel comfortable with the people I am dealing with. I will continue to come back to have my car serviced when and if needed.

Brought 2020 Outback in for recall repair (passenger seat air bag) had to wait in service center while repairs were performed. Refreshments and snacks were readily available. Recall repairs were completed expeditiously as my wait was approx 2.5 hrs. Was quite pleased with the turnaround time frame.

Brian, Kofi, Elvis and Linda's team of service advisors are simply the best in the business. I recently had my Porsche Cayenne in for a quick fluid service and everything was as expected. The transaction was transparent and Brian was upfront about what services were actually needed which was refreshing compared to my experience with other Porsche service centers across the DC/VA/MD region. Being treated fairly is a hard thing to come by these days as dealers are also a business too. What makes Silver Spring the de-facto dealer in the area is how they balance the needs of the customers. This is why they are literally the #1 dealer in the country (not surprising for those of us who have bought and serviced cars elsewhere prior to making Silver Spring our home). The management team runs a tight ship/shop there. 2 Cayennes, 1 Boxster, 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, no other dealer will ever touch my cars again.

I scheduled an appointment with #jaguarhuntvalley for a vehicle inspection. Jonathan, aka “Yoni”, was my service representative. He provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions and supporting me with getting the services needed for my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not pass my inspection the first time around but Yoni talked me through everything I needed to get done which helped to make it a seamless process. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes for my re-inspection. Thanks Yoni!
