I bought a car on July 10th. I made sure (in writing) that financing was APPROVED before I signed and drive off in the car. I made it very clear that I did not want to drive a car I didn't own. Everything was fine for 9 days. Suddenly and without warning, Autoland needed me to sign a different financing agreement. In Maryland, dealer sales are final after four days (maximum). If the dealer wants to take car back, they have to legally repossess it. Instead, Autoland stole the car from my driveway.

They sold me a car that has a hold and i can't receive the title without the correct odometer reading that they won't give me. It's a simple piece of paper and after we found out the car had a hold , Pepe stopped answering calls or responding the emails. I feel like they moved somewhere because I threatened to sue them if they didn't give me my paperwork. Pepe also promised to mail me a cap to the bumper and never did. Very unprofessional!

What a wonderful, classy experience! I’d been searching online for a specific car when I ran across Carvault. We stopped in the following day, and we were paired with Hash. He was super attentive, kind and made us feel very welcome!! This guy KNOWS customer service. Hash brought great humor and ease to what can sometimes be a stressful situation and was helpful in getting us on our way. Car shopping/buying is not my idea of fun (lol)! We highly recommend Carvault. Our entire experience was world-class!! We were there about 3-hrs, start to finish - WIN!! I love my new hard-to-find white on light-interior Mercedes S550 and look forward to working with this wonderful team again!

We were very happy with our customer service sales associate, Yyet (sp?). She stepped in to assist us when no one else seemed to see us waiting to buy a car. Since we had already set up our own financing and initial transfer fee, she was able to get us through the process quickly. We test drove the car and while it was in final preparation she helped us in completing the paperwork. She didn’t give us a hard-sell for any additional extended warranties. We REALLY appreciated her respect for our time.

I talked with Adel Milani (Sales Mgr) on the phone to get the out-the-door price on the purchase of a new 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid. My wife and I went to the dealership and met with Adel and the salesman - Stephen. Wow, Stephen gave us a professional presentation on the 2025 Kia Sorento EX Hybrid and told us all about the SUV and answered all of our questions. He even helped my wife install the Kia app on her phone and connected it to the SUV. The people we met with - Adel, Chico and Stephen were both knowledgeable and super helpful. They didn’t try to add extras we didn’t want. This is a great dealership with very knowledgeable and pleasant staff when buying a car. Great sales and customer service !!! I would definitely go to Darcars Kia of Lanham to buy my next car for the excellent experience. Highly recommended !!!

This review is for the service branch/dept. Fantastic experience/Excellent service! I purchased a lift kit and running board/steps for my Toyota Tundra. They did an excellent job. Service was excellent. The job took a few days and since I was out of town (nearly 2 hr drive each way), they provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. The price was competitive, and there is a warrantee and 500 mile follow-up service visit also. I will be a repeat customer and I hope they have as much business as they want. Honesty and quality work is so refreshing (I’ve had the opposite experience and it’s not fun!)

This dealership is GREAT! Josh Dickerson is the man! My wife bought her 2 Nissan Altima with him and she’s not one that’s easy to mess with when it comes to buying a car, but he made everything smooth and she was able to walk out the door with her second car from them. Jeremiah in finance was great as well even though he chose Cal Ripken over Ken Griffey jr lol. No serious both were very awesome to work with and I know all of our future vehicles will be bought through them.

Had water leak repaired twice now and it is leaking again. Customer service was terrible and they broke the clips on the front bumper when replacing a light. Very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this dealer for service or sales. FYI....they are no longer servicing vehicles....I wonder why?

I bought my '14 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Adams Auto Company in Fallston in October of 2016. Three years later, and it's a great Jeep. Jim Slaughter made my buying experience pleasant, and I would definitely go back for my next pre-owned vehicle purchase! It's owned by the same family as two other dealerships in the area, and the friendliness and customer service of the staff at the Fallston location is the same friendly and courteous service you'd expect at their other locations. The price was right and I got a great vehicle. I would definitely recommend Adams to my family and friends!

I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE! - Disapointed and Upset

I purchased a 2007 Cadillac SRX from Mr. Rivers at Adel Motors 4711 Auth Pl Suitland, MD 20746. Mr. Rivers assured me that this vehicle ONLY needed $600 worth of repairs (Rear Differential Bushing) and if I were willing to take care of the repairs he would give me a great deal on the price and a 30 day warranty on engine and transmission. I purchased the vehicle and had the discussed problem repaired. However, the problem still existed after repairs were done. My $600 repairs turned out to be actually problems with the Transmission ($3,000 to rebuild) Drive Shaft and CV Axle ($1700 to replace) which came to a total of $4700 in repairs. I contacted Mr. Rivers about the issues and warranty information. He stated that I was given a good deal on the vehicle and therefore he didn't add in the warranty. He also suggested I try to sale it at an auction and as far as monetary support on the repairs, there was nothing he was willing to do. I have not had this vehicle for 30 days as today. That is bad business practices and poor customer service. I give Mr. Rivers and Adel Motors Negative 5 STARS!!
