I spoke with Atanas one of the finance managers, and he worked with me from start to finish. His approach was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. He took the time to educate me clearly and concisely, explaining each step of the process and making sure I understood every detail of my purchase. When it came time to finalize everything, Serge, the finance manager who closed the deal, was just as informative, patient, and attentive. Both Atanas and Serge demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that is rare in this industry. We recently purchased a used BMW 3 Series vehicle from this dealership and were, overall, very pleased with the level of service we received. The sales person, Jae Lim, was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was excellent at communication - keeping us informed every step of the way. Because we indicated our interest in purchasing the car very soon after it was listed (before its state inspection) and the large distance we were from the dealership, we were able to make arrangements for the car to be held with a deposit until it was ready to be sold. We appreciate Jae and the management of BMW of Catonsville working with us to ensure that we ended up with the vehicle. They took care of all the issues that resulted from the inspection with no qualms. They also gave us a fair value for our trade in. The only complaint that we may have had was minor in nature. Since it appeared that we were locked into buying this particular vehicle, it was not necessarily detailed to the level that we were used to seeing with other used vehicles that have purchased. This is a minor issue, however, and not one we felt obligated to bring up to the dealership. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this dealership and, in particular, Jae Lim, to others.

Kwame Odum recently sold my husband and me a 2015 Subaru. The experience was fantastic. Kwame was genuine and trustworthy! We drove 2 hours away to make the purchase and had confidence in making the drive because Kwame took the time to video every exterior panel, bringing attention to anything we might consider a flaw, and interior video doing the same. He guaranteed the vehicle would be available when we arrived. When we arrived it was pulled off to the side and keys pulled so no one else could possibly purchase it out from under us. The experience never felt pressured, more like friends working together towards the same goal. We would definitely work with Kwame again and hope to in the future.
