He knows Porsche and is both knowledgable and enthusiastic about the brand. With his guidance and patience I was able to select the correct car for me. We worked as a team. Negotiating the price and trade-in allowance was painless and fair. At no point did I feel rushed into deciding what to do, nor was I required to play the obnoxious time consuming "let me check with my manager" negotiation tactic. Once I settled on the car I wanted, we both worked toward the same goal-gettting me my car at a fair price. Since our objective was the same we came to a fair price very quickly and paperwork was a snap. Overall, I was impressed by the client oriented culture at Porsche Westwood. They and Juan earned this five star rating and the chance for my repeat business. i highly recommend both Juan and Porsche Westwood.

We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed.
