Wow! What an amazing experience! The team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge are the absolute best! I cannot say enough good things about Dan in Service and Gary in the collision center! When all my local dealerships (2-1/2 hrs away) said no to helping me with my JL Corrosion warranty issue, Planet said yes!! It was more than worth the 5 hr round trip to have them fix my Jeep. They replaced all 4 doors, hood, tailgate AND windshield frame. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it only took 8 days!! Thank you Dan. Thank you Gary. And thanks to the entire team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!

The Service Department at IRA AUDI in Peabody, MA is outstanding. This is due mainly to the staff who are professional, honest, and go out of their way to serve their clients. I couldn’t ask for a better service advisor than Raymond Baez. He is knowledgeable and reliable. When my car is in for service, Raymond keeps me informed of the progress. He is pleasant and patient and accommodates my schedule. The technicians who work on my car are Audi specialists. If I have a question I speak directly to them. Yes, it may be more expensive to continue bringing my Audi to the dealership for maintenance and repairs even though the warranty has expired but it is worth it for the excellent service I receive. At 161K miles, my A4 is going strong due to the care provided by the service department at Ira Audi. Although I did not purchase my A3 at Ira, I would not bring it anywhere else for service.

When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. It has been more than a week since I last heard from them and still have not heard anything back. This is a very disappointing experience for me
